  1. I drink two large mugs of organic strong coffee w/ coconut milk powder and alot of raw milk and a dash of stevia then about an hour or two later I work out by lifting heavy weights. Come home and eat 4 eggs scrambled w/ homemade, out of my garden salsa and fresh sour cream i make using raw milk, I am a 49 year old woman petite 5’4″ 110# I never get sick so i don’t think i’ll ever stop drinking my coffee….. LOve it, however I realize its not the best for you so i stick to only the two big mugs not three 🙂
