    Can’t happen fast enough !

  2. Will they label in Canada too? Thank you for your effort, Anthony! Boo Mon-satan!!!!!

    1. The Canuks will have to stand on their own!

    2. If Canada tries to label food, Monsanto will be there to work to defeat it. That’s the reason President Obama wants to pass and sign the sham “free” trade law –the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement. It’s only free for those who have eliminated citizens rights to know what’s in their food.

  3. 99% of my food is organic and cooked at home! The thing that is very interesting is if I “slip” and have something from a buffet, I REALLY feel the difference. You may get full and it tastes good, but it’s killing you! Hear about Monsanto trying to get approval for AGENT ORANGE to be used with their Round Up? True! Do something!!!!!

    1. You know I’m the same, I buy as much organic as I can and cook at home everyday. If for some reason I eat at a local restaurant chain or I really slip up and have a takeaway half an hour after I’ve eaten it I feel awful, bloated and really tired. Stick to organic and eating at home, much cheaper and you cant put a price on your health.

This news is music to my ears!!!! 😀 Keep up the good work & God bless.

  5. It will not happen as soon as Monsanto is destroyed all the combatants will stand down job well done. Then Munstanto Version 2 will be in the wings with all Patents to enslave Human Race. After all this started by Monsanto Family Ace Slave Dealers when America was invented now hidden in plain site through North American & all Unions.
Of course will hasten to Israel as the detractors are obviously Anti-Semetic.

  6. Whole foods sucks, why would they label GMO, why not get rid of it? Truth be told the biggest share of Monsanto is owned by the US government, now that’s a sad fact. The government wants every man, woman and child sick…

    1. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

ironic that you start a statement “truth be told” and proceed to say something false, then call it a “fact”. Have ANY evidence of that?

  7. Linda Verhagen says:

Poor Monsanto! Stores will be putting labels on their poison GMO foods and Monsanto has been losing money? Sounds like payback for all of the Agent Orange you dumped on the Vietnam veterans during the Vietnam war-my husband was one of them-thanks for his agent orange induced illness and at least one birth defect in our granddaughter. I am sure the Vietnamese people are also grateful for all of the illnesses and birth defects caused by your agent orange and super orange formula. I am glad that investors are pulling out of Monsanto but are they any better than Monsanto? You can’t tell me that investors were unaware of Monsanto’s history and tactics. The investors are partially to blame for their financial support. I hope they lose out big time along with Monsanto.

    1. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

fyi, Monsanto didnt create or develop Agent Orange; they were one of the companies contracted to produce it by the US government. just sayin

      1. Linda Verhagen says:

I think you are correct on that but they used Dows formula and made it more toxic and lied about how toxic it really was. As far as their GMO foods go I do not trust their weird science. They are not a very trustworthy company. I am all for responsible farming and food production but when I see how opposed Monsanto is to foods being labeled GMO that pretty much says it all. I have also read more than one article about how they like to sue small farmers because Monsantos seeds blow off a truck and contaminate the small farmers field with GMO seeds then Monsanto sues claiming the farmer owes them money for the patent rights on GMOs or some kind of nonsense. That just does not seem right to me. Actually I do not want Monsantos investors who have pulled out to lose money ( I may have been too harsh on them) I would just hope that investors do not knowingly try to profit from companies who are putting out food that is harmful .

        1. theRabbit says:

Do you seriously believe that anyone here doesn’t know that you’ve got some sort of conflict of interest here? Besides lying, and pretending that numerous posts didn’t address your disingenuous concerns?

          1. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

my ‘conflict of interest’ is that I have an extended education into this field, coupled with years of experience. If you wish to discuss something further, please be specific. What post addressed a concern of mine? Where did I lie? I’m not going to bother with broad, baseless claims, but if you want to elaborate, Im all ears.

      2. Aidan Benelle says:

        FYI
From the ’40s to ’70s, Monsanto knowingly dumped millions of pounds of the now-banned industrial chemical polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) into the town’s landfill and creek. PCBs have been shown to cause cancer in animals and humans, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a frequently fatal form of cancer.
In 2003, Monsanto finally confessed and agreed to pay $700 million to more than 20,000 residents in the first civil suit of its kind. Thousands of pages of Monsanto documents—many marked “CONFIDENTIAL: Read and Destroy”—proved that, for decades, the corporate giant concealed what it did and what it knew.
        Whatta Company!

        1. Aidan Benelle says:

You missed or purposely failed to view
the key word being “Knowingly Dumped” Pcb’s.
Only an industry troll would try to justify that actions as a mistake, or attempt to explain it away.

          1. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

those are your words, your opinion. I’m sure they were well aware of what they were dumping, that doesnt mean they knew all the possible effects of the dumping. Just because YOU think they knew, that doesnt make it true. supply evidence if you want to claim something like that. You are just butthurt about this incident that happened decades ago, because you have no knowledge of GMOs themselves. You have yet to demonstrate even a basic understanding of any of the hard sciences being used to produce GMOs.

          2. Aidan Benelle says:

“those are your words, your opinion”
Totally wrong again~ Knowingly Dumped was in the Courts papers

          3. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

you clearly aren’t paying attention. I dont care what you claim; show evidence. Share court documents if thats the case

          4. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

something isnt a fact, just because you want it to be

        2. It’s interesting that all the herbicides that Monsanto is using to grow food, have all been linked in scientific studies to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a once rare form of cancer.
Was Obama too young to know this? He was born during the era of the Vietnam war.
Did he not study this in school? He’s suppose to be educated, but not educated in what these corporations have done to peoples of the world.
          Does he lack common sense?

      3. Monsanto and Dow Chemical developed Agent Orange as the chemical defoliant the U.S. government felt it needed to win the Vietnam war. But, no one won…except the dollars that went to these corporations. Both the American servicemen and their offspring, and the Vietnamese farmers and their offspring were poisoned, have severe birth defects/developmental disorders and Vietnam is forever poisoned by dioxins.

        1. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

no one is denying Agent Orange’s toxicity or the harm done to those who were exposed to it. Thats why we dont use it anymore. but like I said, those chemical companies were contracted during war times to make it. Them making money from that is no different than any company who has ever manufactured weapons during war time. And Vietnam isn’t “forever poisoned”, in fact they’ve adopted GM crops and allowed Monsanto to work in their country. Clearly the Vietnamese people dont blame that particular company for all that destruction, perhaps just the government that did it.

  8. Joseph Edward Najjar says:

was there supposed to be any data shared on this alleged financial loss? I dont see any evidence supporting the claim the title makes….

  9. Aidan Benelle says:

You will see Monsanto returning to non GMO conventional seed markets in a big way just as they ‘have’ in Europe.

  10. George Corvin says:

Hungary maybe a small country, but it has top researchers, like Dr. Arpad Pusztai, the world;s most knowledgeable scientist on the GMOs. Everyone’s duty is to read the book on the web: “Seeds of Deception” detailing how the crooks of the GMO scam are poisoning the world’s population for their own greed.. It is to save oneself and one’s loved ones. It exposes all the scamster politiciens and the dishonest members of the highly respected Royal Society of England. Michael Faraday must be turning in his grave. After reading this book which reveals the corruption at the “highest” places in the UK, people will understand how we are all cheated by people whom we supposed to respect. Monsanto and other GMO companies must go, they do not provide better or more food, they poison people for profits. Eventually even Bill Gates will see reason and remove his support to Monsanto. .
It will be interesting to see which countries’ politicians care for their people and which for their pockets. Hungary was the country, which with the 1956 revolution caused the downfall of Soviet domination of Eastern Europe. It can lead the path to the downfall of the GMafia.

I’ve never been a fan of the violent overthrowing of government; the A-holes that take over are always worse….but that doesn’t mean that I don’t believe governments need to be removed from power. There was nothing wrong with the constitution of the US, except that from our closet Muslim “so called” President on down who thinks it’s perfectly OK to ignore it, but no one in power seems to have the balls to stand up to the alleged President and say- “no more”, we have the rule of law, and you are not the King- although he thinks he is. I say it’s time for a 10 Million man and woman march on Washington to make sure the Gov’t knows that we will vote EVERY standing member of Congress, Senate, and House, unless they do what WE WANT. Remember the preamble to the constitution- the part where it says: WE THE PEOPLE of the United States…THAT’S US FOLKS. Unless we make it really clear that every A-hole in Washington will lose their phoney-baloney job unless they start doing OUR bidding, just hang on- it will only get worse. What do you all think? Can we muster 10 Million strong to set things right? macrocorp@optonline.net, let me know.

Typical sensational article title. This article has the headline about “investors pulling out” and then takes no mention of the stock price.
Both the volume and the price charts show that investors aren’t pulling out. The stock is up 4% this week but down ~8% from its peak of $120 back in Aug. Considering the article is dated yesterday, it’s not reflective of what’s happening NOW.
