    1. Not all herbal supplements are created equal, and it would be irresponsible for NS to include dosages since different supplement companies market different potencies, efficacies, etc.

      Don’t get caught up in this dosage thing and skip most supplements. All a person needs to do is eat an all organic diet with whole herbs with every meal and with every snack just add things to your taste. When we simply eat organic whole foods every time we eat we are taking medicine to keep us from getting sick and there is no need to be concerned about dosage, just eat. A super tea to drink daily is a tea made with whole ginger root, garlic, turmeric and a spoon full of coconut oil, squeezed lemon slice and a spoon full of raw honey. Add all, except lemon and honey put those in your cup, to two cups water, boil for ten minutes pour through strainer into a cup. All ingredient amounts are to your taste. Excellent tea to prevent illness plus great for headaches, arthritis, sore muscles from working or working out and it taste super great.
