    1. Get your vitamin D level checked. I have struggled with my D level for quite some time, and I think I've finally got it under control. Also try to leave your stressful life several times a week, and go somewhere like a park and sit in the sunshine by yourself, take a magazine, a book or just sit and daydream by yourself. I've also got stresses and it does wonders for me!

      Please Google hair loss and there are supplements on the market that can help you. Google "supplements for hair loss." Do your research, do not just take anything without really checking into the benefits of the supplement.
