Tommy Chong Reveals Prostate Cancer Diagnosis, Treating with Hemp Oil
One-half of the German award-winning comedy duo Cheech & Chong, Tommy Chong has recently announced his battle against prostate cancer. While Chong was diagnosed about a month ago with prostate cancer, he was told by his doctor that a ‘slow stage 1′ cancer has been active for a ‘long time’. Chong, known for appearing in a number of films based on hippies and drug culture movements, and his role in ‘That 70′s Show’, revealed his diagnosis to support the decriminalization of marijuana use – as expected, Chong has been treating his cancer with the use of hemp oil.
“I’ve got prostate cancer, and I’m treating it with hemp oil, with cannabis,” Chong said. “So [legalizing marijuana] means a lot more to me than just being able to smoke a joint without being arrested.”
Interestingly, Chong says that he started having prostate-related problem only once he was drug-free for three years. ”So I know it had nothing to do with cannabis…Cannabis is a cure,” Chong said. He did note, however, that he doesn’t smoke marijuana as a means of treating his cancer, but rather ingests hemp oil ”at night, so I won’t be woozy all day.” “I’m taking it as a medicine,” he said.
Chong, like many others, has the same question: why is marijuana illegal when the plant is powerful enough to fight one of the leading causes of death? This is a question repeatedly being raised as the evidence showcasing the relationship between marijuana and cancer continuously builds up and unfolds.
Back in 2006, one study was developed by a team of medical researchers at the Virginia Commonwealth University’s Pharmacology and Toxicology department on leukemia patients. The researchers essentially outlined that if taken daily for an extended period of time, cannabis oil actually reverses the growth of cancer and possibly leads to remission in the patient – with zero added side effects.
In another less scientific, but very powerful example of how cannabis can be utilized to fight cancer, a 3-year-old son survived brain cancer thanks to the use of marijuana oil. The 3-year-old began with intense chemotherapy, but this mainstream cancer treatment was less than effective. In a last attempt to save his son’s life, a man named Mike Hyde pulled his son off of all medications, and begin secretly administering .3 milligrams of marijuana oil through his G-tube. Hyde attributes his son’s survival to the marijuana oil implementation, and was told that it was a miracle that his son began sitting up and laughing again.

You need to make your own oil (tutorial on 'run from the cure' and other rick simpson youtube videos). Find someone who grows the indica strand and get their hash trimmings. It will probably be free if you tell them your story. This is psychoactive cannabis oil, which contains THC, one of the cannabis well molecule known for its anti cancer properties.
Hemp seed oil will have no psychoactive effect whatsoever. It also lack of most of the precious cannabinoids that fight cancer.
Hemp oil has the potential to heal lots of ailments considering that it has the ideal ratio of linoleic to linolenic acids (EFAs)–contrary to the more recent "omega 3" propaganda campaign which continues to fool almost everyone. The problem–which unfortunately Mr. Chong just might not realize–is that, as of about 2000 or so, the DEA has been forcing all hemp seed entering the U.S. to be "rolled" and this process "breaks" the seeds so that they are no longer viable (they can't sprout). The seed's resulting inability to grow is a result of the EFAs inside having become RANCID… Hemp oil can only heal you if it isn't first destroyed by oxygen. Furthermore, if the oil isn't cold-press extracted, it will be destroyed by the heat generated during the extraction process. The point is, for hemp oil to heal, it has to be imported into the U.S ALREADY BOTTLED and the bottler must guarantee that the oil has been cold-pressed and refrigerated from manufacture to point-of-sale. If you try to heal yourself with rancid hemp oil pressed from seed that entered the U.S., you'll probably just be wasting your money and risking your health. Learn more about EFAs by looking through my timeline. Also, read Udo Erasmus' "Fats and Oils" or, the later edition, "Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill" (personally, I preferred the earlier edition as it was more technical). One more thing I want to tack on here: contrary to popular belief, the "greed theory"–that Hearst, DuPont, Mellon and Anslinger conspired out of greed to bring about the banning of hemp is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL FABRICATION that was intended from the outset as a "pitfall" to keep inquiring minds from stumbling onto the real truth (and boy did it work). The real truth is, the part of the hemp/cannabis plant that mostly motivated the plant's prohibition wasn't the stalks, leaves or tops. The plant wasn't outlawed because of its psychoactive effects or because its stalks could be used to produce strong fibers. The plant was outlawed because of its EFA-rich SEEDS! And BTW, they don't call 'em ESSENTIAL Fatty Acids for nothing–your body simply cannot produce them–you must get them from your DIET!!! Why exactly was the greed theory "pitfall" needed? Because the banning of hemp was actually part of a long-term MALTHUSIAN agenda to reduce human populations. Yep, it may sound crazy–if only considering that few people actually ate hemp seed–however, what most people don't realize is that EFAs propagate up the food chain. What this means is, you don't have to eat plant seeds that are rich in EFAs–you can also just consume the meat of animals that once ate those EFA-rich seeds (nevermind that animals also CONCENTRATE such nutrients for our benefit). This is extremely significant because, as you'll see from my timeline, "Prior to 1900, hemp seed cake was one of the world's principal animal feeds". In addition, hemp seed was once a common ingredient in bird feed and almost surely would have been used in poultry feed as well… Instead, chicken feeds today are typically low quality, genetically modified corn or soy-based CRAP! No, it wasn't greed. Genocide would be much closer to the truth. I want to hear a little more about your omega 3 propaganda theory. I know all about the importance of the omega 6 to 3 balance but omega 6 are so plentiful in other oils, I was under the impression we take omega 3's to balance.
Hemp seed or hemp oil has no THC so to compare its healing powers to that of cannabis is like comparing apples to oranges. Both have benefits but only cannabis effects our endocannabanoid receptors.

Hi Fitz, no they are different. Hemp oil contains no psychoactive ingredients. For health benefits you need to consume cannabis oil extracted from the cannabis plant, preferably a variety of plants in order to get a wide range of cannabinoids. The reason MJ has a hard time getting "approval" (which we shouldn't need in the first place, but you know NannySenators) is because it's an herb and the gubment keeps looking at it as a drug. All herbs, spices and foods can have a drug-like effect, but the gubment says never mind all that.
