I make my own capsules so I enjoy the benefits without staining my teeth. I simply take one capsule with food that naturally complements the spice such as rice or vegetables.

I heat coconut milk from carton (not the canned coconut milk) add a heaping teaspoon of tumeric and let come to a froth. I stir and add a drop or two of stevia and consume. Make a nice drink, although I do not consume undissolved sludge at the bottom of the cup.

  12. Does turmeric powder really works for anxiety and depression?? please answer me

  13. Turmeric is one of the cheapest herbs there is. But it doesn’t taste good by itself unless it is in curry, and there is a limit to how much of that you can eat. Best to take it in powder/gel capsules, unprocessed but it is ridiculously expensive at most vitamin stores.

You can buy it organic in bulk for cheap too but it just doesn’t taste good so I like the gel tabs. 5000 mg. a day. It seems to eliminate the need for Nsaids about 90% for my arthritis or whatever it is I have that makes me so stiff. Much less than that is not effective for me.
