  1. How does one use tamarind, in cooking,teas, supplements? How much do you need? Would be nice to have article with complete info.

  2. Tamarind is used a lot in Asian cooking. Learn to cook with beneficial foods and your health will greatly improve. Just remove processed foods from your diet for a week and you will feel much better in addition to dropping weight.
