  1. Even while sitting there is a lot of simple exercises to improve health.
    1-do not slouch. Sit up straight and pull in your belly and square out your shoulders. That posture alone helps burn calories. Breath normally.
    2-Isometric exercises. While seated tighten calf muscles and relax. Do the same for thigh muscles, back muscles and each time relax.
    3-Every now and then take a deep breath, hold for a few seconds, then slowly release. Do this for a few times to bring in more oxygen and help expand lung capacity.
    4-While seated yawn and stretch hands out, gently bend body sideways relax, do bend body any way one finds comfortable then relax, breath deeply. circle your feet around, that relaxes your ankles, do the same for wrists.
