  3. I don't eat kiwi a lot but your research changed my mind and disclosed a bunch of health benefits of kiwi. Actually I gonna have a babe and I will definitely eat kiwi due to its folate content. I heard kiwi has more potassium than banana. So thanks for the info!

    It’s not cheap, but I’ll try to eat kiwi more often. Unless a food has been fortified, I thought Vitamin B12 could be found only in animal products. Guess I learned something new today.

  6. Thank you for your article. I am 20 weeks along, and looking at ways to keep my baby heart healthy, too. Going to stock up on Kiwi’s. I eat lots of foods with folate in them.
