    Water amking you FAT!!! oh lord! if you drink nothing but water you will lose weight, we drink so many empty calories these days. I started 4 months ago along with the ethosien diet , lost 34 lbs in 4 months.

    1. I guess what the author is trying to say is that tap water or bottled water contains toxins which can ultimately lead to health issues. Drink filtered or purified water instead. But I agree, it is a bit confusing.

  2. seriously if the concept of tap vs purified water is too confusing for you then you’ve been consuming too much fluoride and your IQ is a tad low! Sorry but its the truth.
