Additionally, celery is high in vitamin C, calcium, and apigenin, a compound that reduces risk of ovarian cancer.

Those with high fructose can result in storage as fat,also cand adversely affect the pancreas so fruit/carbohydrates need to be balanced with avocado and ather saturated fats especially coconut oil which raises the BMR to contribute to weight loss
