  2. with gluten sensitivity there is poor absorption of the B vitamins, and a deficiency can manifest as depression. It made such a difference in my life to heal my gut and my absorption. To this day, especially when under a lot of stress, I call my multiple B vitamins my happy pills.

    Good article. I would also suggest getting more sunlight (vit. D3). My doctor recommends Vitamin B12 injections to boost energy levels.
