Whew…. That was close Anthony said grocery stores and drugs store. I bought mine at Walmart a Department store. Spring Valley #1 Brand says it right on the label.

Now I'm staring at all my cheap Walmart vitamins that I knew not to buy and Gucciardi comes to punish me for it a week later. All because I was impatient and frugal sheesh.

Well Thanks for the FYI whole food based vitamins. The info on the protein bars /dietary supplements is good to know as well.

  2. Awesome video thanks a lot, I wasn't even aware of much of this.

Vitamin D2 is especially harmful as you mentioned. Avoid that synthetic crap like the plague!!

  4. Good!! Everyone needs to learn the best ways to avoid GMOs, especially when they're in everything these days.

  5. Really enjoyed this video. I am vegetarian, eat only organic (well try too) and take supplements daily. I avoid all the supermarket cheap brands. Here is a list of some of the brands I am using. If anyone knows if any of these are dangerous, please let me know!! I would also love to know what brand the man in the video personally takes….?

Here are some brands I am using

    Garden of Life (multi vitamin)

Nature's Way (Turmeric / cayenne pepper)

    New Chapter (Omega 7)

    Natrol (Glucosamine Chondroitin)

    Twin Lab (Krill Oil)

    NOW (D3)

    365 (Evening primrose oil)

    Any feedback welcome. Thanks.

    Hi Anthony,

I admire your investigative efforts. Indeed not all vitamins and minerals are the same. Have you heard about the 5S process that Pharmanex nutritional supplements go into?

    Thanks,

    LOU

  8. Does anyone know the truth about Megafood I heard at first they were high quality and then an opposite report? Also, I am pretty sure products from http://www.hacres.com and Dr. Schultz' are high quality and organic. Good Luck!
