  1. I wouldn’t say “live longer” but rather extend this current experience here.
    No one dies ..it is a continuation of life with many different experiences. It is a shift in consciousness and focus from this illusionary 3D-World to another dimension.
    We don’t move to another dimensions or pass on to another world: We already exist in all dimensions, it is just a shift in focus from consciousness.
    (Atoms are multi-dimensional and exist in many possible locations all at the same time)
    Our observation, awarness and point of focus from consciousness (the observer) changes.

  3. I use it in almost every meal.
    Even a simple fried egg has to have a dash of cayenne pepper. I love eating
    food that makes me sweat. Living in a hot country, sweating cools you down faster,
    and I don’t like cold meals, well, except for salads and sushi of course. And
    yes, I agree with you, eating spicy food makes you eat slowly which means
    lesser calorie consumption. Nice article.
