    What a great article!
However, I would like to add another suggestion, and that is…completely stop using any and all, OTC pain relievers.
My job keeps me on my feet for long hours at a time. After a knee injury in the military years back, and after a more recent back injury on my present job a few years back, I do hurt sometimes. My OTC painkiller of choice was always “ibuprofen”. I like a few drinks now and then, so acetaminophen was out.
    Aspirin didn’t do anything.
Anyway, I was taking so much ibuprofen I suffered much digestive distress.
So, I stopped taking all OTC pain relievers. I soon discovered the “rebound effect”.
Most of my pain quickly disappeared. I no longer suffered digestive distress.

I suffer less today, then I did while taking these poisons.
The more you take OTC pain relievers, the more pain you have.
    Just saying.

  2. So other than Kava Kava, where can I get these herbs?
