  1. What’s this ‘we’ in the first sentence – don’t count me in on that. Also, the drug manufacturers are not the ‘pushers’ – they only make the drugs – the real pushers are doctors.

  2. blank LaurenRoyal says:

Humira is NOT “meant to inhibit cancerous tumor growth” — it treats autoimmune issues like Crohn’s disease and rheumatoid arthritis by removing excess TNF-a (which causes inflammation) from the body. No one takes Humira for cancer. I’m all for trying natural cures before resorting to drugs, but if you want people to believe you know what you’re talking about, get your facts right!

  3. Oh what a wonderful world it would be . . . But 90% of the population in the U.S. has never heard of Curcumin or Aloe. Sad but true that the Big Pharma companies have got us by the neck and strangling us slowly with our own permission and because of our own ignorance, and our belief in doctors who are no more than agents (drug pushers) of these companies. When’s the last time your doctor looked you in the eye and asked about your lifestyle – eating, sleeping, exercise, etc.? Really good article, thanks.

  4. I read this article and it’s really good. When I tried to forward it to a list serve that I am on, the email did not appear in the list serve’s outgoing mail as it usually does. I didn’t get any response from the list serve at all. I am on AOL, and I wonder if AOL is trying to block some or perhaps all of my outgoing emails because they want to avoid “offending” their corporate advertisers, a lot of whom may be pharmaceutical corporations.
