It’s really tough to eat out anymore (in the U.S) if you really want to avoid GMOs. Unless you live in a city like Oregon, San Francisco, and Vermont – then you might have more choices. Although more and more cities are opting for healthier choices (there’s a big demand now for juice bars and vegan cuisine). But you really have to know your restaurant, where they get their food from, how they prepare it (oils they use) etc…. It’s very unlikely that tofu is organic (unless stated) and that GMO soy/canola is not used. The only sure way is to cook/prepare your food yourself and have “dinner parties.”

GMOs are not toxic. Period. Please first provide proof that they are toxic. And not from the thoroughly debunked Seralini study.
This article is bogus from beginning to end. First off, the one and only study noted is widely discredited (google seralini affair) and for good reason. It was junk science. So the entire premise of “GMO’s being toxic” is flawed in the first place.
Then you have this idea that the recommendations provided could purge you of said imaginary toxins, without any proof of their efficacy or safety. That is just made up junk. Just pure fantasy.
