    I agree that yoga is a viable solution for back pain. Aside from this, it is also advisable to consult a chiropractor since he helps with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the bones, muscles and joints of the human body.

  2. I agreed with shared most of the points. Yoga is indeed an enormous form and I'm being following very simple Gig yoginig pose to get rid of back pain. It's a simple type of pose and anyone can do it sitting in a chair while working or relaxing. Thanks.

  3. Yoga definitely has the ability to heal the body on many levels. Back pain is especially difficult to deal with and treat, but yoga is definitely one of the best natural ways to cure it. Simple postures like cat/cow are really beneficial for any age.

    Yoga is an amazing way to heal back pain. I had one friend who was in a severe accident and hurt her sacrum really bad. But after only 2 months of yoga therapy and the help of other gifted healers she totally recovered. Yoga is amazing 🙂
