  1. Terrible video. I avoid all type of fast food because I think when we re-learn (or maybe learn for the first time) how we should be properly eating, we develop a healthy eating relationship with our diet, and maintaining our weight is relatively effortless.

    do it with real food and see how quick its digested, anything processed is not real..real food is organic or wild FRUITS and VEGETABLES

  3. I despise Macdonalds, Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut and any other fast food restaurant they SATAN’S food !
