  1. Once again, I’ve used up valuable time by opening an email with a vaguely worded “teaser” subject line: “How This Essential Daily Activity Removes Toxic Waste from the Brain.” We are ADULTS who aer already interested in information from Natural Society. Kindly do NOT speak to us as if we were children who have to be teased, coaxed, and cajoled into a particular activity. The subject like should have been “How Sleep Removes…”
I already know what sleep does. some of the other information was valuable to me, however. Ideally, the email subject line should have noted “Sleep, Genome Editing, …” etc., giving a word or short phrase about each article in the email. PLEASE CONSIDER DOING THIS.

  2. so, would this mean given a product that would make your brain healthier just before bedtime would make it work better?
So if taking coconut oil helped with Alzheimer’s, would taking it right before you go to sleep make it work better?
