  1. I will give the tea before bed a try and see if it reduces hypervigilance/inability to deep sleep. Maybe i can get some neurons to grow after all, as deep sleep is needed for that.

    1. You may want to increase your magnesium chloride intake…This really helps with sleep.

    This may sound like nonsense, but after getting MRSA 3 times, months of Vancomycin pic lines, I started using Lemon Thyme oil in my nostrils, a place where MRSA is always found, and having been told by my doctors that "I will always have MRSA and will always be infected with it for the rest of my life" I had sinus checks with No Trace of it, I am convinced…Chuck
