A much more direct way of de-fluoriding the Pineal Gland is to take 100mg of diluted Borax in distilled water per day. Boron combines with the Fluoride to make boron fluorites which are flushed from the body. See Walter Lasts book to get the details or his website. Any book on Animal Husbandry like Morrisons Feeds and Feeding will give you matter of fact details about Fluorine and its poisonous effects. Another PARTIAL solution is moving to a city that DOESN’T add SODIUM fluoride to public water like Dallas or Portland. Our FOOD, DENTAL PRODUCTS, MEDECINES, PRODUCE and more all have added sodium fluoride because it’s added intentionally to the water supply. In 1953 Leo Spira, MD wrote a book called the Drama of Fluorine: Arch Enemy of Mankind. This STILL didn’t prevent the countries “authorities” from add Sodium Fluoride to our water. I did a TV Pilot called “The Cure” about the borax defluoriding mixture that I have consumed for almost a year, it never was aired however.

Good advice for those who want to commit suicide. Fatalities have resulted from drinking borax even small amounts can lead to serious stomach issue’s.

      u sure about the borax?

Iodine is something else worth looking into with pineal fluoride detox in mind.

Some good info here on the Alzheimer’s-pineal melatonin link, but towards the end a lot of unfounded speculation on the decalcifying the pineal gland…the truth is that there is very little scientific evidence to back up any of those things you listed, and you forgot to mention both boron and iodine, which may well assist with removing fluoride to some degree. Curcumin in turmeric buffers against the neurotoxicity of fluoride, and tamarind appears to help the body excrete fluoride (it can also be a source of fluoride however, and this benefit may only last when consuming fluoride alongside it). There is no real research in pineal gland calcification, and we didn’t really know if it is possible…when fluoride binds with bone for example, it appears to be permanent.
Cannabis is not necessarily detrimental to the pineal gland…if melatonin production is a barometer of pineal activity, THC has been found to increase pineal melatonin production by 4000%.
