So… What’s up with all these devoted Christians getting a whole bunch of tatoos? Don’t they agree that what you do to the body also effects the mind and the soul?

Personally I think large and massive tattoos are grotesque. Plus its not a temporary thing like changing the color of hair, or wearing a large chunky necklace, it’s on your body FOREVER!

  3. My son wanted a tattoo, he was 17 and thankfully, intelligent. He wanted to do his own design and I suggested that he get it done in Henna, to see how he felt after 6 weeks (the tattoo wears off in six weeks). He designed it, put it on and the 6 weeks went by…. He is now in his 30’s and NO tattoos!

    1. And if he chose after the 6 weeks to get the tattoo he would not have been intelligent?

      1. The point was he decided not to get the tattoo And he is intelligent. I do think that the intelligence is reflected by the decision not to get the permanent tattoo.

My grandaughter.. (straight, hardworking, going to college)… wanted a tattoo… her mother “objected” but that didn’t have much effect.
She got the tattoo…. her own design and thought it was “cool”…. She met a boy from a well to do family.. he took her to meet his parents .. they were very nice and polite but kept looking at her ankle/foot with the tattoo…. her all consuming relationship cooled quickly shortly thereafter…..
    Connection? I think so.

    1. Guess he wasn’t the right one for her, nor his family. Basing someone on a tattoo is quite shallow. But then again, nobody really takes the time to get to know anyone they just make assumptions then discriminates against.

  5. My tattoo artist use non-toxic, hypoallergenic ink and impeccable hygiene. I am very sensitive to many things and did not have a reaction to the ink nor did I get an infection. I carefully educated myself and asked many questions before taking the plunge, I am very pleased with the outcome and receive many compliments.
