  2. I heard about kratom a week ago, and started taking it yesterday, for severe chronic pain and fatigue. I am amazed by the results and cannot believe it took me so long to discover this! It’s a game changer, as far as I’m concerned.

  3. I think One of the main keys to reducing joint pain is to cut down on carbohydrates. This is because of the fact that carbohydrates causes inflammation in joints, and the body over all. This causes joint pains. Furthermore Omega-3 Fatty acid should also be increased, and ones saturated fat consumption should be balanced out with Omega-3 fatty acid intake, for joint pain relief.
