  1. I’m not real crazy about avocados, eat once in a while, but is the oil (used in salads) produce same results too?

  2. I eat one or two avocados a day; I’ve been doing this for about 6 months now. They are not only incredibly healthy and lack the pesticides common in other fruit/vegetables, but:
    – they are easy to eat on the go because they have their own “bowl”; all you need is a spoon and knife
    – they taste delicious especially with a tiny bit of Himalayan salt on them
    – they make a fantastic sandwich because of their moisture; I use them as a replacement for mustard/mayonnaise
    – they almost never go bad, they just get brown spots
