There is a 110 year old man named Bernardo LaPallo, a man who looked much younger than his age. First of all, where are you getting this information? This was a news story–not an infomercial for longevity products. Anyone can buy garlic, chocolate, olive oil, honey, and cinnamon at just about in store in the world; that certainly doesn’t qualify as a branded product. Secondly, big deal if he’s “only” 104. That’s still a heck of a lot older than most people ever get in today’s society…
I don’t like cinnamon or garlic, but use ginger, olive oil and raw vinegar daily, I use other herbs like tumeric and cilantro, also Himalayan salt, but no way will I nap in the daytime because I get about eight hrs of sleep nightly. I juice kale, carrots wheat grass and make fruit smoothies along with vit and min.
Your diet sounds very healthy. 🙂 Btw, there’s nothing wrong with napping; I believe humans were built for it. It doesn’t have to be a 2-hour long nap like I sometimes take because my body is trying to heal itself. Just a 20-30 minute nap is usually enough for normal people, should they feel the need.

Not just underarms but people who eat lots of garlic makes their whole body reeks. The whole store smelled where a clerk at the front was at at a Korean dress store I went to. It was so overwhelming I had to leave.
I eliminated honey many years ago from my diet and I have been eating a RAW VEGAN DIET.
The last time when I tasted some honey, I was not able to sleep because of the noise in my haead – the beens lived for some days in my body and it was an horryfing experience – NO honey can not be good for us

IF you cut out meat Fully then it WILL affect you Mentally! Every person I have met who is like this or a vegetarian has Some issues with their mental health, so If God put it on His green earth, it was Meant for us humans to eat it, in moderation of course like Anything else in Life!

What you eat won’t make any difference when all the “natural” foods are GMO’s and growing your own food becomes illegal(ending the concept of a farmers market). The worlds food supply will be saturated by cross pollination with the GMO products in all western country’s as we see europe fall to the political axe of the monsanto syndrome. Wow, he has almost no wrinkles at that age! God bless him, but although, he is giving very good advice, I don’t think everyone is built for longevity, it is a highly genetic trait. My great grandfather lived 103 years and he smoked cigars all his life, drank lots of Dominican rum and partied like a rockstar. He also had a couple small strokes, but recovered his ability to speak clearly and walk with therapy. By the time he died peacefully in his sleep, he was not suffering from any alments other than what comes naturally with old age. Whereas my great grandma never touched a cigarette or drank any alcohol, married a virgin at 19 and never partied (and by that I mean no drugs and a regular sleep schedule), died of cancer at 68. I’m not saying that we should get wasted and eat off trashcans, but most of us will not live long lives no matter what we eat or do. We should do our best, but not be too crazy about finding the key to longevity, it is a gift for the lucky few.
