    eating 10k calories and drinking 8 energy drinks are the issue, trying to blame sugar or red meat is moot, if they’re taken in massive quantities they will hurt you but most people don’t come even close to 10k calories a day, these BB’s are obsessed and even addicted to building muscle and they abuse their bodies to achieve their physiques with crazy over the top diets and enough drugs to kill an elephant.

  2. Wow what a fool for drinking that much! But was I any better? I used to consume 4 a day! I would literally shake uncontrollably from the various stimulants in it.

    There are organic and natural versions of energy drinks which are better, but even over-consumption of these is not healthy.

    I’m glad I take a more sensible approach towards health, becase this could have been me if I didn’t play my cards right.

    These days I enjoy a nice cup of organic tea (green tea, herbal tea or both), or the occasional organic coffee fresh brew. Today I had a tea of green tea, nettle and berries with wild chaga mushroom extract mixed in.

    Over-consumption of stimulants raises tolerance which makes them not as enjoyable anyway. This guy was chasing a high, or using them as a pre-workout.

    Long story short: Read and research the ingredients list before allowing anything into and onto your body!

    Over consumption of any one substance will destroy you. We should all know that. Even if you over consume water you will drown.
