Possibly not a good idea to include green tea (high in fluoride) in a liver detox when you’re trying to remove fluoride from the body?
Your right, low grade tea has been found to contain significant levels of flouride.. Organic matcha or a higher grade (non-lipton) green tea is still a promising tool for detoxifying your body as well as improving general health.
I think you have read that wrongly so thought I’d cut and paste the relevant sentence for you’

yikes – i haven’t touched calcium ever and have been taking iodine for 10 years now for my goiter.
