    I usually juice somewhere near 11 veggies and fruit, and loved it and everyone else did as well, however I know a Chiropractor/Naturopathic that told me that any more than 5 would be bad for my body, and would overwhelm it. What do you think? I felt nothing but clean energy with what I juiced…Dan
