Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a psychological condition that affects a large number of military personnel (and others subject to extreme trauma) worldwide. With 18 U.S. veterans committing suicide daily, PTSD is condition that deserves much more attention. Google TRE – Trauma Releasing Exercises. They really work. I have had personal experience with them after nearly being killed by lions on 3 different occasions in South Africa, where I live. Friends of mine who have been the targets of violence have also been helped with it.
