  1. Great article and great timing. Based on my personal experience, if you write down your resolution clearly with measurable milestones and look at it daily at least couple of times, it becomes a regimen. I post it above my desk at work and at home. It works really well and becomes part of my daily routine. I have achieved great results.

  2. Agree with eco joe! I write my resolutions (plans) on a weekly basis and review them daily to stay on track. I found that weekly resolutions (what I should achieve this week) work for me better than daily ones! New year's resolutions are the same but on the bigger "time scale".
