The last paragraph from James Ruff seems to contradict the rest of the article. If HFCS is worse than sugar, why start eliminating sugar bfore HFCS?

From what I gather all sugar is bad, but HFCS would be closer to ricin that your average processed sugar. So in my opinion, what he is cut out what you can, and avoid HFCS at all costs… Oh, and I heard it’s going to be called simply “Fructose”. *Source* – http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BxqeFrTGkM0

  2. He also forgot to tell you what HFCS was renamed as …. sugar maybe?

  3. I read labels, and I buy unprocessed foods, cereals are organic and unsweetened or natural sugar. I cannot figure out how some live way into their 90’s drinking several cokes, other soda loaded with the HFCS and eat fast foods. We snack on low salt nuts and dark chocolate. Most all candy types now have HFCS. People need to call and complain to food co’s. or boycott their stuff.
