Drinking too much water mainly becomes a concern with flushing out essential minerals. Adding back minerals is easy with liquid trace minerals. Add a pinch of real unprocessed and land based (Himalayan, Kalahari, etc) salt.

Why does the article not mention at all the concerns of water fluoridation? That’s the primary reason most should take care when giving general advice about water consumption. Many, if not most people assume water from the tap is hunky-dory to drink. That, in my opinion, for general reasons, is the #1 reason to be cautious.

Not all of us have fancy filtration and remineralization systems.

Anything can be taken to an extreme. However most people do not drink enough water which is necessary to flush out your system.
The quality of the water is another issue. I agree with Undecider that floridation is a real problem. If you don’t have quality well water, then a good filtration system that will eliminate floride and other contaminants is well worth the money.

  3. really? sounds like some globalist crap to me? why would this be harmful when we need water and our cells need water to repair themselves hahahah what a load of crap.
