  1. There is a bigger picture. Considering what a burden the liver takes metabolizing fructose versus sucrose for example and liver damage becomes apparent. The fructose effect is compounded because it is processed to be HFCS. Then pause and think about the pesticides and hidden effects of genetically modified corn from which this sugar is derived. It is a compounded, concentrated problem.

  3. Most will continue to eat and use sugar in baking and C&H now makes a Pure Cane Sugar and Stevia, the natural sweetener from its plant.
    Half the Calories and Carbohydrates.

In the long term it can be the root cause of various health ailments in the form of diabetes, obesity related issues like cardiac problems,renal complications and many others. Studies prove that excessive intake of sugar can scar and damage your liver causing further health complications.
