  1. Personally, I have a couple hang-ups with Spirulina. The quality is hard to distinguish which could vary widely given its scummy nature and often foreign origin. It tastes weird. Some sources say it is high in B12, others make no claim of B12 content. Lastly, it just seems like a soylent green type of ploy to market cheap pond scum, a la Bernaysian PR, to masses as the next pricey “superfood”.
Admittedly, many food bars and drinks I’ve eaten for many years have it mixed in and I haven’t experienced noticeable problems or benefits.

I guess you need to get it from a very good reliable source. And I don’t know any so, what we should do?

    1. Get Elk Antler Velvet (in capsules) . . . a natural source of glucosamine and many other naturally-occurring vitamans and minerals. No harm is done to the elk. Recently (annual?) shed antlers are shaved of their fine dust . . . antler velvet.
