  1. Posture. Most cheekbones are flat, i.e. a flat face. Cheekbones should be rounded. Round out and protrude your cheekbones by obtaining good posture and balance your head a top your more vertical neck. Try the Alexander Technique. Eyes like the more space attributed by the high and protruding cheekbones. They function better in this environment. Smile more to allow the cheekbones to become higher.

  2. Exactly how does anyone obtain "safe" fish oil these days?

One ocean is tainted by corexit & Oil, the other by Fukashima radiation so how exactly is any fish oil safe?

Even California tuna is coming up positive/hot with cesium and cesium 137, and none of us are buying into the notion of "safe levels for consumption" reports of such are pure and utter hog wash!

  3. Alternatives to fish oils for Omega 3,6, 9 include hemp seeds and cold pressed hemp seed oil. Flax is also good but like soya has plant oestrogen's (phyto oestrogens). Unrefined or organic coconut oil is also good for health. Vegans who are looking for a Vegan D3 (sunshine vitamin) could try 'Vitashine D3' but people ideally should have their vitamin D levels checked by use of hdroxy vitamin D test (25 OH test) level checked along with folic acid and vitamin B12. Taking cinnamon and trace minerals will also benefit health.

  4. Accupressure can be good for the eyes and has been used in China for thousands of years in schools etc. so I understand. It can help sharpen vision and "keep" it sharp through this type of massage which also aids the eyes because of the mechanism involved similar to accupuncture which is a form of aiding nature do what it's supposed to do. In fact, massages are a form of therapy and can help improve overall health but if you do accupressure for your vision you will likely improve it/keep it sharp and doesn't cost a penny to do it on a routine basis once you get the information which you may get through books etc. Some forms of accupressure are better than others so people have to do the homework and find out what's the best out there and possibly do a combination of them. I've tried it and it works! There were times my eyes grew dim from reading a lot, being tired being in front of a computer too long and so forth which made me feel my eyes were growing weaker and I may need to get glasses and after doing the exercises my vision went back to normal. Hope this helps someone out there.

  6. Great post. However there are a lot more eye exercises that can improve your vision naturally. Those that where mentioned above are just a drop in the bucket.

  7. I'll definitely be doing a lot of tip number 1. A couple of my favorite foods are on that list.
