<h2><span style="color: #959138;">Are You Unintentionally Poisoning Your Food with Sodium Fluoride?</span></h2>
<p>The toxic substance I am speaking of is sodium fluoride, added to citizens&#8217; water supplies worldwide and used in food preparation in many homes. Even if you&#8217;re eating organic soup, for example, the fluoridated water being used to heat and cook the soup can have serious consequences when it comes to the health of you and your family &#8212; particularly young ones.</p>
<p>Yet it is no secret that sodium fluoride is destructive to human health. In fact, even the United States government was <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/water-fluoridation-war-government-admit-dangers-experts-speak-ou/">forced to call</a> for lower fluoride levels amid the significant scientific findings and leading experts that have linked fluoride to startling health issues like reduced IQ and increased <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/top-scientist-fluoride-already-shown-to-cause-10000-cancer-deaths/">cancer rates</a>. <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/fluoride-supplements-no-benefits-only-dangers/">Fluoride supplements</a> have even been shown to</p>
<p>And now, activism over water fluoridation is making legislative waves. Albuquerque, New Mexico <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.kob.com/article/stories/S2577925.shtml" rel="">recently limited</a> fluoride use in the water supply, and some states are even issuing warnings over the dangers of fluoride on infant health.</p>
<p>In order to remove the fluoride from your drinking water, it is important to invest in a reverse osmosis water filter. Alternatively, you can purchase a reputable carbon filter that is proven to remove fluoride as well. Always remember that reverse osmosis water will require you to &#8216;re-add&#8217; the natural minerals to the water, which can be done by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar or even himalayan sea salt.</p>

The largest state legislature in the US recently passed a <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legislation/2012/HB1416.html" rel="nofollow">bill that requires all water bills</a> to warn parents with infants of the dangers revolving around fluoride and water fluoridation- but only associated with infancy and excluding just about everyone else, to no great surprise.</p>
<h1><span style="color: #959138;">Fluoride Exposure to Infants is Unhealthy, Water Fluoridation Persists</span></h1>
<p>The warning reads as follows:<br />
</p>
<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Your public water supply is fluoridated. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, if your child under the age of 6 months is exclusively consuming infant formula reconstituted with fluoridated water, there may be an increased chance of dental fluorosis. Consult your child&#8217;s health care provider for more information.&#8221;</em></p></blockquote>
<p>The primary cause for this action is because of a heightened risk of dental fluorosis in children &#8211;  basically a fluoride overdose. What they don&#8217;t tell you is that the &#8216;medication&#8217; also affects the many other organ compositions in your body, not just your teeth, and not just for infants. Generally the CDC will support water fluoridation but this action warning in particular strikes a chord with the agency, forcing it to admit that fluoridated water mixed with baby formula is dangerous for the teeth which are supposed to be developing.</p>
<p>The CDC&#8217;s <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.cdc.gov/fluoridation/safety/infant_formula.htm" rel="nofollow">website suggests that</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Recent evidence suggests that mixing powdered or liquid infant formula concentrate with fluoridated water on a regular basis may increase the chance of a child developing &#8230; enamel fluorosis [...] in children younger than 8 years of age, combined fluoride exposure from all sources &#8211; water, food, toothpaste, mouth rinse, or other products &#8211; contributes to enamel fluorosis.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>This may be a step in the right direction, and thankfully New Hampshire is leading the charge with their recent mandate. Soon enough other states will take the reins into their own hands and change their own water fluoridation rules &#8211; at least that is the prevailing idea.</p>
<p>If you didn&#8217;t already know, there is a compiled list of facts that everyone <a rel="nofollow" href="http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/04/24/fluoride-warnings-on-water-bills.aspx" rel="nofollow">should know</a> about the so-called medication that everybody &#8211; infants and adults alike &#8211; are taking part of:<br />
</p>
<ul>
<li>Since infants rely primarily on liquid foods and are very small in size, they receive the highest doses of fluoride if bottle-fed. Fluoride exposure could be as much as 175 more for a baby fed formula compared to a breast-fed baby.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>In 1977, it was shown that water <strong><a href="http://naturalsociety.com/top-scientist-fluoride-already-shown-to-cause-10000-cancer-deaths/">fluoridation caused about 10,000 cancer deaths</a></strong> in epidemiological studies by Dr. Dean Burk, former head of the Cytochemistry Section at the National Cancer Institute and Yiamouyiannis</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fluoride is not required by any bodily process.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Research conducted by the Cochrane Oral Health Group has yet again shown that fluoride supplements are<strong> <a rel="nofollow" href="http://jada.ada.org/content/139/11/1457.abstract" rel="nofollow">ineffective at reducing tooth decay</a> in primary teeth</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Water fluoridation can not replace adequate nutrition or lack of access to dental care, and therefore is not a sound solution in general.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Water fluoridation is a violation of your individual right to informed consent to medication.</li>
<li>The chemicals used to fluoridate water supplies are largely hazardous by-products of the fertilizer industry and have never been required to undergo randomized clinical trials for safety or effectiveness by any regulatory agency in the world.</li>
<li>Vitamin D <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/vitamin-d-better-than-fluoride-at-cavity-prevention/">rises above fluoride</a> as a solution on <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/how-to-prevent-cavities/">how to prevent cavities</a>.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fluoride for purposes of reducing tooth decay is classified as an &#8220;unapproved drug&#8221; by the FDA.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ingesting fluoride has been found to damage soft tissues (brain, kidneys, and endocrine system), as well as teeth (dental fluorosis) and bones (skeletal fluorosis).</li>

<h2><span style="color: #959138;">Enjoy Enough Sleep</span></h2>
<p>If you’re sleep deprived, expect decreased performance, premature fatigue and lack of enthusiasm not only for the workout, but in all areas of life. Poor sleep leads to mediocre results and low productivity levels whether on the running track or at your job. Enjoying at least 7 hours of high quality, uninterrupted sleep during the night will enable you to reach your highest levels in the morning. In addition, 25-minute naps during the day will further assist proper recovery and rest.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #959138;">Set the Alarm Right</span></h2>
<p>It is all too often that people hit the snooze button repeatedly upon arising; getting out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off is critical. If you find yourself always hitting the repeat button, try placing the alarm clock far away from the bed. After walking to your alarm clock, never rationalize going back to bed; you’ll only regret it later on.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #959138;">Drink Water</span></h2>
<p>Usually after 7-8 of sleep, your body is brutally dehydrated. In that case, running on empty tanks will leave you feeling dizzy and prematurely fatigued. As soon you get out of bed, make sure to drink at least 2 glasses of water. In addition, make sure to keep your body well hydrated throughout the running session. You could also take a water bottle with you — especially during long distance running.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #959138;">Eat “Small” Breakfast</span></h2>
<p>The pre-run meal is a subject of great debate, but let me spare you the trouble. The rule of thumb is to eat something light (less than 300 calories) 15-20 minute prior to the run. Good pre-run meals options include: a banana, a slice of bread with peanut butter, an energy bar, or any other food that will kick start your metabolism and provide you with energy for the run without causing you much trouble.</p>
<p>Implementation is where the rubber meets the road, so, be sure to incorporate these simple strategies into your training program. Otherwise, the morning workout may just turn out to be another failed endeavor.</p>

<h1><span style="color: #959138;">Carcinogenic Chemicals Contaminating Water Supply Through Fracking</span></h1>
<p>Fracking, or the act of pumping water and chemicals underground in order to facilitate the flow of oil or gas, is resulting in contaminated and polluted groundwater. Environmentalists and activists alike have long been trying to force oil and gas companies to disclose which chemicals are being used for their drilling and fracking process, but efforts have been less than successful. A <a rel="nofollow" href="http://democrats.energycommerce.house.gov/index.php?q=news/committee-democrats-release-new-report-detailing-hydraulic-fracturing-products">2011 congressional report</a> states that many of the chemicals being used in the fracking process <em>do</em> pose a health risk, and so individuals should know exactly what chemicals are being used. Another report <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2012/03/07-2">released by the Food &amp; Water Watch</a> states that the process of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, is to become a <strong>global and environmental health threat</strong>.</p>
<p>Wenonah Hauter, Executive Director of <strong>Food &amp; Water Watch</strong>, states:</p>
<blockquote><p>“Fracking is a dangerous American export that should be viewed critically by countries just starting to engage in the practice. Modern drilling and fracking have caused widespread environmental and public health problems, as well as posed serious, long-term risks to vital water resources&#8230;while the oil and gas industry is profiting off of this technology, it has been a disaster for Americans exposed to its pollution.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Although the full list of ingredients used in fracking is not known, we do have a partial list. Here are <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.propublica.org/special/what-the-frack-is-in-that-water">some of the known ingredients and chemicals</a> used in the fracking process:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Water</strong> &#8211; Making up approximately 99 percent of fracking fluid.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Methanol</strong> &#8211; A chemical used in antifreeze, pain solvent, and vehicle fluid, methanol can cause headaches, fatigue, eye irritation and can be fatal at high doses. Swallowing methanol could cause eye damage or even death.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Benzene</strong> &#8211; Found in gasoline, benzene has been shown to cause dizziness, weakness, and chest constriction at short-term exposure while being a major contributor to lifetime excess cancer risk. Benzene is a known carcinogen.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Crystalline silica</strong> &#8211; A known <em>carcinogen</em>, crystalline silica is harmful when inhaled over a long period of time, leading to silicosis or cancer. It can be found in concrete, brick mortar, and construction sands.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Naphthalene</strong>  &#8211; Naphthalene is found in mothballs, can cause respiratory tract irritation, nausea, vomiting, fever, death, and is carcinogenic.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Diesel</strong> &#8211; Another carcinogen, diesel is known to cause redness, burning, severe skin damage, and cancer.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Formaldehyde</strong> &#8211; Ingesting one ounce of formaldehyde can cause death, while exposure over time can <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/hair-straightening-products-could-release-formaldehyde/">cause lung damage</a>, <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/brazilian-blowouts-hair-products-to-be-banned/">nervous system disorders</a>, and reproductive problems in women. The chemical is also a carcinogen.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Lead</strong> &#8211; Previously found in 500 popular <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/400-popular-lipstick-shades-found-to-contain-lead/">lipstick shades</a>, and known to <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/why-you-absolutely-must-personally-treat-your-own-water/">contaminate the water supply</a>, lead is a carcinogenic heavy metal found in paint and building construction materials. It leads to nervous system damage, <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/common-contaminants-lead-and-cadmium-damaging-fertility/">fertility problems</a>, and brain disorders.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Sulfuric acid</strong> &#8211; Found in lead-acid batteries for cars, sulfuric acid is corrosive to all  body tissues. At a lethal dose of between 1 teaspoonful and 1.5 ounce, it is classified as a probable carcinogen.</li>
</ul>
<p>Many more chemicals can be found in the fracking process such as fuel oil #2, kerosene, hydrofluoric acid, and boric acid. With mainstream doctors, the EPA, and countless activists around the nation protesting the health-threatening nature of hydraulic fracking, isn’t it time that an independent investigation was conducted?</p>

<p>Based on propaganda from medical media outlets, Oprah&#8217;s Vitality magazine, and writer Leslie Goldman, drinking eight, eight ounce glasses of water daily is passé, stating; “The recommendation to chug all that H2O was likely based on guidelines published in 1945.” So?</p>
<p>Although I agree with Ms. Goldman&#8217;s goal of “eating your water” through hydrating foods such as cucumber, celery and watermelon, water is not what you think it is. And eating your water really depends on the water you are eating. Consuming commercial, pesticide laden, dead food is not what you want inside you, be it water or fiber substance.</p>

<h1><span style="color: #959138;">Intelligence of Water</span></h1>
<p>According to Masaru Emoto, Ph.D., a water researcher and author of Messages from Water volumes I, II &amp; III, water contains a consciousness that can be influenced through prayer, music, light wave forms, written words, thoughts and more. It is <em>NOT</em> just gases in a liquid form.</p>
<p>Because anyone that dares to teach self reliance on any level; health, relationships, finance, law or anything in between, those that have a vested financial interest in keeping people from learning options, possibilities and accurate information, will relentlessly attack the message and the messenger. Such is the case for those of us suggesting water transports energy, thoughts, frequencies or has a consciousness, let alone, drinking eight, eight ounce glasses daily.</p>
<p>Ever since Dr. Emoto came out with his research and books, the “scientific” community, made-up of governmental employees and others under grants by them; universities, research laboratories, etcetera, have stated; “Emoto and his clan live in a fantasy world of make believe. They do not use our accepted scientific model and therefore have no validity.” That says it all. Get our stamp of approval or we won&#8217;t approve. <strong>Cut us in on the profits or you won&#8217;t make any</strong>.</p>
<p>This is nothing new. From the beginning of humanity individuals have been controlling other individuals, creating laws and behavioral rituals, dogmas, doctrines and rules. Especially the United States, and the agencies working within such as; FBI, CIA, DEA, SEC, IRS, FDA, FTC and all others, as well as the the multitude of companies and organizations &#8212; most distinctly the American Medical Association, and the pharmaceutical and chemical companies. These entities are all sharing the preverbal “trough.” Those of us outside of their system are continuously ridiculed, ostracized and ignored. And so is the case for the real effect of water and the reason we need it.</p>
<p>If there are influences that can change the molecular structure of water outside the body as demonstrated by Dr. Emoto&#8217;s research and others, it seems logical to assume the same influences may change water INSIDE the body, as well. Remember, the human body is made of 75 to 85% water or fluids. As Earl Nightingale, Napoleon Hill and others have said, “We become what we think about all day long.” In other words, thoughts imprint and manifest in our physical body.</p>
<h1><span style="color: #959138;">White Water</span></h1>
<p>Many years ago, I was called to a fellow researcher&#8217;s lab to participate in an experiment concerning the effects of water on dehydrated red blood cells due to tissue hypoxia or lack of cellular oxygen. Remember, water is hydrogen and oxygen in liquid form.</p>
<p>My friend, Norman, had created what he called &#8216;white water&#8217;, or highly energetically-charged water that used the etheric field of Scalar wave technology to traverse time and space; sounds rather impressive for those of us “with eyes to see and ears to hear.” For others, it is just rubbish talk. On that note, I have always said, “Everyone has a right to their own level of ignorance.” Unfortunately, what your doctor does not know can kill you.</p>
<p>Using Darkfield microscopy (another voodoo test the AMA and our government has claimed pseudo-science and invalid), Norman placed one drop of my blood on the microscope slide looking for RBC&#8217;s that were dehydrated. There was a 22” television monitor where we could view my blood. After he found a few dehydrated cells looking more like raisins, he asked me to step back from the microscope to a stool ten feet away where I could still see my blood on the monitor. Norman then asked me to pick up a glass jar of water just under the stool. As I did, I noticed the water was whitely opaque. It looked a lot like glacier milk or the water the Hunzcats drink in the Himalayan Mountains.</p>
<p>Norman asked me to keep my eyes on the monitor and my dehydrated RBC&#8217;s while drinking his “white water.” As I did, I was astonished in what I was seeing. From a distance of over ten feet, I saw my dehydrated cells RE-HYDRATING! I was drinking Norman‟s “white water” and my RBC&#8217;s under a microscopic slide ten feet away were re-hydrating as if they were being quenched with water directly.</p>
<p>I had never seen anything like this before. It gives meaning to the saying, “Wherever you go, there you are.” We can only live weeks without food, days without water and minutes without oxygen. However, since water is made of oxygen, it plays a part in that too.</p>
<h1><span style="color: #959138;">How Much Water Do We Really Need?</span></h1>
<p>Humans lose fluids and water daily. The amount depends on where you live; climate and altitude, what your lifestyle is like; including foods you eat, liquids you drink, what you do for work and what kind of exercise you employ.</p>
<p>Everyday, we lose water from respiration, perspiration, defecation and urination. Let&#8217;s break these four pathways down:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Respiration –</strong> How much water you lose from your lungs depends on how you breathe and how much moisture is in the air. The deeper you breathe the more moisture you will release. The faster you breath, such as when exercising, the more moisture you will release. Even when you sleep, you are expelling moisture all night.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Perspiration –</strong> The skin is the largest elimination organ of the body. Every pore releases toxins and moisture. Your core temperature and environmental temperature will determine how much moisture you will lose. The hotter you are the more moisture you will lose. Exercise increases core temperature and so does sleeping.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Defecation –</strong> Healthy people have healthy bowel movements. Your diet will determine what your bowel movement will look like and how often you have one. One purpose of the stomach is to prepare the small intestine to digest whatever you consume. One purpose of the colon is to re-absorb electrolytes and water. If you are consuming enough water, an adult bowel movement will be 12 to 14” long, 1 ½” in diameter and will float to the surface of the toilet bowl water. If this is not the case, you may be dehydrated.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Urination –</strong> In addition to where you live; environmental temperature, how often and how much you exercise, what you eat and drink will determine how often you urinate. One way of determining hydration is the color of your urine. The goal is to be clear to lightly yellow. Anything darker than that and you may be demonstrating dehydration. [NOTE: The skin also reflects hydration both from water and oil].</p>
<p>Through the above pathways it is estimated the average adult living in the United States and weighing 128 lbs. looses about 64 ounces of water and fluids every 24 hours. Therefore, the rule of measurement has been; if you take your ideal weight and divide it by two, then convert that amount to ounces, you can estimate how much water you may be loosing daily. Taking 128 lbs. divided by two equals 64 ounces of water that should be replaced. This equals eight, eight ounce glasses of water daily. Again, you can personalize this rule by the color of your urine and texture of your skin. Wrinkles may be a sign, signal and symptom of oil depletion and dehydration.</p>
<p>Until, if and when, I see evidence to the contrary, I suggest we all drink enough water to re-hydrate the body and if done with &#8220;energy&#8221; in mind, we just may be able to imprint our drinking water with the kind of thoughts and desires to help us achieve optimum health, longevity, peace and prosperity.</p>

<h1><span style="color: #959138;">Toxic Splenda Essentials Falsely Marketed to Health-Conscious Consumers</span></h1>
<p>Splenda has been sold as a no calorie sweetener for years, and for years those who use it have been suffering from health consequences. Sucralose, sold under the brand name Splenda, is nothing but <em><strong>chlorinated sugar</strong></em>. While sugar itself is leading to numerous health complications, chlorine is employed as a biocide in <strong>bleach, disinfectants, and insecticides</strong>. Needless to say, consuming this chlorocarbon is ruining your health.</p>
<p>Instead of Splenda rightfully discontinuing their toxic creation, they have decided to make it sound even better for consumers. Splenda Essentials, a product being pushed on &#8216;health-conscious&#8217; individuals, is packed full of vitamins and nutrients such as B vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber. Unfortunately, you would need to consume inconceivable amounts for any positive health impact. Even if you were to benefit at all from the added vitamins, you are still consuming the highly toxic sucralose.</p>
<p>According to a Duke University study, Splenda has been shown to <a rel="nofollow" href="http://naturalsociety.com/splenda-causes-digestive-imbalance/">cause digestive imbalance</a> by altering the microflora in the intestine while <a href="http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/15287390802328630">exerting other adverse effects</a>. Nearly 200 studies have been conducted on Splenda, but only 10 percent (15 studies) looked at safety. 13 of those studies were funded by the creators of Splenda.</p>
<p>In “<a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.wnho.net/splenda_chlorocarbon.htm" target="_blank">The Lethal Science of Splenda, a Poisonous Chlorocarbon</a>,” Dr. Bowen explains how chlorocarbons like sucralose can cause cancer, birth defects, and immune system destruction. He goes on to say:</p>
<blockquote><p>“Any chlorocarbons not directly excreted from the body intact can cause immense damage to the processes of human metabolism and, eventually, our internal organs. The liver is a detoxification organ which deals with ingested poisons. Chlorocarbons damage the hepatocytes, the liver’s metabolic cells, and destroy them.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Unfortunately there is a high chance that you could fall victim to these negative health consequences even if you don&#8217;t use Splenda. Sucralose has been shown to be contaminating much of the nations waste water, surface water, and ground water. To determine the degree of its presence, researchers analyzed water samples from 19 US drinking water treatment plants (DWTP) which <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/sucralose-contaminating-nations-drinking-water/">serve more than 28 million people</a>. Sucralose was found in source water of 15 out of 19 water samples, finished water of 13 out of 17, and distribution system water of 8 out of 12.</p>
<p>Most people already familiar with what it takes to achieve optimal health won&#8217;t fall for Splenda&#8217;s marketing ploy, but the company may very well get high response from the majority of consumers.</p>

We must always seek the cause for health challenges and<em> then</em> the signs, signals and symptoms will simply disappear. I was also taught we must stop doing those things that contribute to dis-ease first and then start doing those things that contribute to health. As doctors or healers, we should suggest the minimum in recommendations and supplementation for the maximum result. The below is a simple ten step program continued for achieving optimum health and longevity.</p>
<h1><span style="color: #959138;">The Simplicity of Complexity | Ten Steps to Optimum Health &#8211; Part 2<br />
</span></h1>
<p><strong>5. Mind</strong> - What we don’t use we lose. Reading is mentally stimulating, therefore always be reading a good book. By simply not watching TV for a couple of hours a day it will give you some time to read. Learn how to play a musical instrument. You don’t need a $10,000 Baby Grand piano. A flute, guitar, violin, or one of many other inexpensive instruments will get you in the game. If that is not interesting to you, perhaps you can learn woodworking or sewing? There are literally hundreds of hobbies or projects you can wrap your mind around. Playing chess or cards is not only challenging, but you may just develop a lifelong friendship with your “playmates.”</p>
<p><strong>6. Attitude</strong> - Don’t take life so seriously. We are not here for a long time, but the time spent here should be comprised of good feelings. Learn to forgive the unforgivable. Through daily prayer or <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/mindful-breathing-a-great-tool-for-achieving-your-mind-and-body-connection/">meditation and relaxation</a> you will learn to deal with or release emotional issues, thereby creating a more peaceful life. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself emotionally; in fact, to emote is to promote internal balance and harmony, however, emotion is Energy-in-Motion. We need to keep emotions moving. If you are angry about something, express your anger and then question why you are angry. As with all concerns, correct the cause and you will remove the affect. Emotions and/or the stress they cause should be in our control. How we emote is the key to <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/enhance-your-health-by-overcoming-stress-negative-influences/">living a less stressful life</a>.</p>
<p><strong>7. Spirituality</strong> - I am not talking about religion, I am talking about spirituality. Unless you are an atheist, seek to re-discover your own divinity or specialty. I used to be a truth seeker until I realized I am that which I am seeking. Creative consciousness develops the Law of Attraction. Setting your intention and accepting it as reality, will bring it forth. It is important to note, however,  that we do not get what we want &#8212; we get who we are. Whether for health, finances or relationships, we control our thoughts and destiny. We control our out-of-control-ness. Learn to take control of your life. The best book I have ever read on this subject is Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn. Read it and read it again. You can also read the Healing Codes.</p>
<p><strong>8. Achievement/Action</strong> - Education and taking effective action are keys to health, wealth and happiness. Learn <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/how-to-make-your-new-years-resolution-a-success/">how to set a goal</a> and achieve it. Start small and work up from there.</p>
<p>When I was a young boy, I was hired by one of my neighbors to pull weeds in her backyard. The entire 1/4 acre was wall to wall weeds over six inches high. I was overwhelmed. I then discovered by taking four Popsicle sticks and some string that I could rope off one square foot at a time. I only concentrated on the square in front of me and moved it one foot at a time. Before long, I had pulled all the weeds. Don’t get overwhelmed. Just attempt to do something you can handle and move on from there.</p>
<p>Seek and “become” peace, love, joy, prosperity, freedom and happiness, and you will find them. No one was born to hate, they had to learn how. We can therefore un-learn. We truly must be the change we want to see. Remember, we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Teach by example by becoming who you are. We are not here for a long time, but we can be here for a rewarding time. See the rewards and be grateful. Educate yourself on the truth concerning health, wealth, relationships, the law, politics, religion and everything in-between. Screen everything you read, see and hear with your internal common sense and logic meter. After you acquire accurate information, you can then make intelligent decisions and take effective action.</p>
<p><strong>9. Detoxification</strong> - There is no way around it. Even if you do everything I have suggested in the above eight points, this world is still toxic. Just driving down the street will expose you to a multitude of toxins contained in the atmosphere. Being in public will expose you to a host of germs, bacteria, viruses, parasites and other pathogenic organisms others may be carrying. If you eat or drink anything from any restaurant, you <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/3-ingredients-to-avoid-for-shifting-to-a-healthy-diet/">risk ingesting preservatives</a>, toxins, dyes, hydrogenated oils, chemicals, hormones, flavor enhancers, corn syrup and a litany of other additives that are unhealthy. The bottom line: we <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/food-grade-activated-charcoal-detox-agent/">need to detoxify</a> on a regular basis. Just drinking charged distilled water with electrolytic minerals will start the process. Eating non-toxic, <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/organic-conventional-food-differences/">organic fresh food</a> will help as well.</p>
<p><strong>10. Supplementation</strong> - Again, there is no way around it. Our soil is thoroughly depleted of vital nutrients, specifically minerals. Mineral deficient soil produces mineral deficient crops &#8212; organic or not. Eating mineral deficient food makes us mineral deficient. And so it is with vitamins and all other nutrients. In order to truly be healthy, we must supplement our diet with whole-food nutrients, not <a href="http://naturalsociety.com/why-many-vitamin-studies-are-absolutely-worthless/">synthetic, chemist-made pills</a>. Always start with a whole-food mineral complex as minerals are foundational. The best minerals I have found to date are contained in fossilized stony coral. Additionally, eating concentrated whole-food supplements made from fruits and vegetables with added vitamin D3 will go a long way to achieving optimum health and longevity.</p>
<p>I am not going to say, “trust me, I’m a doctor.” In fact, some websites say just that. What I will say is, question everything, everyone, and do some research. If what you read, hear or see does not make sense, stop and move on to something else.</p>
<p>Remember this: If you don’t take the time to be healthy, you will ultimately have to take the time to be sick. It’s your choice…</p>
