  1. I was told by a nutritionist 20 years ago to stop drinking a pint of orange juice each day because my liver was being overwhelmed and dumping triglycerides into the blood which will lead to heart disease. I follow her advice. If she knew the danger why didn't the food industry know it and act on it? Our ancestors ate fat but for sweets had only whole fruits and very little refined carbohydrates to eat. Heart disease was rare.

As an analogy if my mechanic found oil in the radiator and as a solution told be to stop putting oil in my car I would think it strange. I might wonder if my car is malfunctioning is the cause. All through the eighties and nineties and so on fat was reduced in so much food even while sugar was being added. Heart disease and etc have increased dramatically. Play it safe and eat as naturally as possible. Our present corporate food providers don't care about our health.

They've always known about sweets. You figure you dump a gallong of orange juice and your pan, fish,b oysters areas is overloaded. You should only drink water. You body needs that and good doctors would tell you. Eat wild animals and seafood.

    1. Eating wild animals or ANY meats is worse for your body & mind than anything else. The meat industry has fed us a pile of crap about meat. It's bad. Period!

Compair the health of any vegetarian with any meat eater. Open your eyes, canabils.

  3. This story is correct. I've been dumping 1 to 2 liters of regular dr. pepper into my system this last year. My EKG's have begun to read abnormal, I don't feel very well, not like I used to. I'm 61. I'm a bit scared after knowing the dangers, yet still consuming the poison. Time to stop and help me. My cholesterol and triglyceride levels were precisely what this story tells us.

  4. The medical establishment is more interested in providing ways to treat symptoms, which keeps them in business, than really healing & keeping us healthy. It doesn't pay when no one is sick.

Sugar, meat & polutants are what's making us sick, and the medical & food industry are only interested in what pays their bills.
