What They’re Not Telling You: 4 Natural Ways to Fight Ebola

Amid the mainstream media hype surrounding Ebola, it may come as major shock to discover that for quite some time there have been major scientific breakthroughs regarding the numerous ways in which we may be able to diminish or even halt the virus at a base level.

What’s even more powerful and of note, however, is the substances by which scientists were able to exhibit these effects. Numerous plant compounds, which also come with a host of additional medicinal benefits outside of their role in the fight against the Ebola virus, have been documented to have extreme promise in the deterrence of yet another virus epidemic.

But as the world waits for Bill & Melinda Gates to unveil their latest Ebola vaccine news to the world, there is simply no mention of these powerful substances that may hold promise (and be extremely inexpensive to get a hold of international) in the fight for our immunity.

Despite the complete lack of attention, such research is not hidden within the confides of University laboratories and libraries. Instead, it is available to the public and simply requires some research within the National Library of Medicine, its user portal PubMed, and a little bit of reading.

1. Genistein

An organic compound found primarily in soy products, genistein has shown much promise when combined with fellow kinase inhibitor tyrphostin AG1478.

A 2011 research paper in the journal Archives of Virology entitled, “Inhibition of Lassa virus and Ebola virus infection in host cells treated with the kinase inhibitors genistein and tyrphostin,” details the pair’s therapeutic role in reducing the severity of hemorrhagic fever.

“In all, the results demonstrate that a kinase inhibitor cocktail consisting of genistein and tyrphostin AG1478 is a broad-spectrum antiviral that may be used as a therapeutic or prophylactic against arenavirus and filovirus hemorrhagic fever.”

The authors, which include researchers from the University of Texas Medical Branch, also reference a previous animal study which shows genistein’s ability to reduce harm from Pichinde ́virus (PICV), an Ebola-like virus that also causes hemorrhagic fever.

When administered to hamsters, the following results were reported:

“Infection of hamsters with PIRV produces VHF manifestations, including inflammation/lesions in various organs, core temperature increase, weight loss, viremia, petechial rash, hemorrhage, and mortality. Treating the animals with the kinase inhibitor genistein led to a significant increase in survival and to the amelioration of VHF disease signs [9]. None of the treated mock-infected animals had any adverse signs of disease associated with the treatment. Therefore, this study served as a proof-of-concept for using a kinase inhibitor as a therapeutic or prophylactic in an animal model.”

Although genistein and tyrophostin individually inhibited the entry of these viruses into the cells, together they were able to interfere with endocytosis (the process by which a cell pulls in a virus) and uncoating proteins (the process by which a virus alters proteins on the surface of the host cell to gain entry) while also producing a synergistic effect.

“In all, these data demonstrate that infection of host cells with the filoviruses MARV and EBOV and the arenavirus LASV is inhibited when cells are pretreated with genistein or tyrphostin AG1478. In both cases, the inhibition was found to be concentration dependent. Although the inhibition of EBOV in cells pre-treated with 100 lM genistein appeared to differ slightly, the addition of increasing concentrations of tyrphostin AG1478 led to a synergistic antiviral effect. In all, these data demonstrate that a kinase inhibitor cocktail consisting of genistein and tyrphostin AG1478 may act as a broad antiviral against EBOV, MARV, and LASV in vitro.”

Sources of genistein include ferment soy foods, wherein beneficial microbes cause the biotransformation of the precursor phytocompund genistin into genistein, as well as fava beans, kudzu, coffee, and red clover.

2. Garcinia Kola

A tree found throughout Western Africa, Garcinia kola has been found to “inhibit the Ebola virus in cell culture at non-toxic concentrations.”

A 1999 report from Maurice Iwu, executive director of the Bio-resources Development and Conservation Programme, notes the vital role of the tree’s seeds in battling the virus.

“Extracts from Garcinia kola seeds were tested against many complex viral diseases. The active compound, now known to be a biflavonoid, was found to be active against a wide range of viruses including the influenza virus.

In all cases, the active concentration was less than 10 times the known minimum toxic concentration. Iwu says: “This gives us a very wide window of opportunity for drug development. We will be able to modify the effective compound with less likelihood of introducing unacceptable toxicity.”

The extract also caught the attention of John Huggins, a virus expert with the US Army Medical Research Institutes of Infective Diseases, who hailed the compound for passing the first stage of testing with “flying colors.”

3. Vitamin C

Research from the late Dr Robert Cathcart, MD, who had extensive experience treating deadly infections with high dose vitamin C, asserted that the Ebola virus could be “neutralized by massive doses of sodium ascorbate intravenously.”

According to Cathcart, symptoms produced by the virus are nearly identical to acute scurvy, a disease that produces bleeding all over the body when levels of vitamin C become depleted.

“All of these diseases ultimately kill mostly by free radicals so it does not make any difference as to which disease it is…

Since these species (Man, higher monkeys, Guinea pigs and some bats) do not make vitamin C, it is easier for these diseases, by making massive amounts of free radicals which destroy vitamin C, to induce acute systemic scurvy and its resulting high fever, hemorrhaging, etc”

Coupled with its antiviral properties, regular use of vitamin C can boost the immune system to better prepare the body for harmful pathogens.

4. Estradiol

A hormone and steroid produced by woman, estradiol was found to exhibit anti-Ebola virus activity in vitro, indicating the relevance of hormonal factors and perhaps gender in susceptibility to the disease.

A 2013 analysis entitled, “A systematic screen of FDA-approved drugs for inhibitors of biological threat agents,” detailed the findings:

“We also identified estradiol and toremifene, two steroidal hormones, as inhibitory to both MARV and EBOV. Interestingly, these compounds have previously been identified as inhibitors of New World arenaviruses but were suggested to interfere with late stages of viral replication and assembly.”

Another study reported:

“Anti-EBOV activity was confirmed for both of these SERMs in an in vivo mouse infection model. This anti-EBOV activity occurred even in the absence of detectable estrogen receptor expression, and both SERMs inhibited virus entry after internalization, suggesting that clomiphene and toremifene are not working through classical pathways associated with the estrogen receptor.”

This quite an interesting article. When I looked up Genistein I found out it is also a form of phytoestrogen, an estrogen type hormone given off by plants. Also on this list is estradiol, another hormone given off by females (the human kind). What’s the link with the female hormones?

July of this year, President Obama signed into law an amendment to the Executive Order 13295, which redefines who can be quarantined and why. This does not bode well for a nation that could potentially face an Ebola pandemic. It smacks of pre-meditated bio-warfare and martial law on a nation’s own citizens.

How about Nano Silver 10 PPM, Anthony? As we have said repeatedly at DrRimaTruthReports. US DoD-sponsored research showed clearly that the normal structure and function of the cell’s ability to resist penetration and proliferation of the Ebola virus was enhanced best with Nano Silver 10 PPM.

At DrRimaTruth you can find the exact same Nano Silver 10 PPM, a nutrient, used in that study (declassified in 2009). The FDA/FTC have sent us a warning letter because they really do not like us telling people about it.

By the way, we’d love to share this with folks on Alex’s show. This is really, really important.

There are answers! I wish the NIH would also test the remedy on the dogs that they plan to test their new vaccines on, as providing the remedy would be MUCH faster to produce and MUCH easier to share. No need to go to hospitals and perhaps be infected there by accident! Remedies can be self-administered. Unless it’s because it WORKS and is MUCH CHEAPER than fancy “vaccines” why not just TRY?

Perhaps we should add astaxanthin (pronounced, asta-zan-thin), the most powerful antioxidant, to the list of possible substances to take. If you do a search on these three terms together, cytokine astaxanthin study, you’ll discover that, according to numerous studies, astaxanthin is a cytokine regulator, that is, it mops-up excessive pro-inflammatory cytokines while stimulating the increase of good cytokines (which are small proteins). Now, the Ebola virus is often fatal because the body overreacts to the virus by creating a pro-inflammatory “cytokine storm” that kills the patients. Mostly, it’s the body’s overreaction to the virus that kills, not the virus itself. Bleeding is a huge problem with Ebola, but astaxanthin is one of the very few antioxidants that does not thin the blood, and it’s readily available, plus it can never become a pro-oxidant in the body, unlike some other antioxidants.

Dr Cathcard does not assert that Ebola could be neutralized by massive doses of sodium ascorbate… as stated in the article above, but that ebola causes free radicals, which could be neutralized. When I look at the media hype of Ebola versus the rate that its spreading in Africa it doesn’t jive. Just under 4000 have died in an area of millions of people over several months. I think this is just another distraction like West Nile, bird flu and SARs and whatever else there has been. I suspect the point of this is too keep people occupied and not asking questions on why the economy is a disaster, why illegal aliens are flooding the country.

But the spread of the disease is geometrical in progression, so that by January 25, the CDC estimated (on September 23) that the number of deaths could reach 1.4 million, as a worse case scenario. They made that estimation at a time when the number of reported deaths was only something like 2,830. Those 4,000 deaths now compared to 2,830 on September 23, represent a 41% jump in deaths in just 21 days.

You can get a prescription for estradiol from your doctor which is a modified plant based estrogen. But I do not suggest any one to take estradiol. If you have good healthy hormone levels taking additional estradiol would cause many severe health complications.

The curing properties of high dose Vitamin C for VIRUSES and toxins has been known since 1935. Claus W. Jungeblut M.D., was the first (real) scientist to discover the healing properties of high dose Ascorbate Vitamin C, and unequivocally stated that “Vitamin C can truthfully be designated as the ANTITOXIN and ANTIVIRAL vitamin”. Claus W. Jungeblut has directly influenced the course of every orthomolecular practitioner, and earned the thanks of every patient whose health, and life, has been saved by high dose ascorbate vitamin C therapy.

BTW, TRUE CS CANNOT cause “blue-skin” because the particles are too small to do so, in the 1-10 nanometer range. You CANNOT get such small particles using a constant-VOLTAGE electricity source, such as a 9-volt battery, etc. Look for a CONSTANT-CURRENT, MICROPROCESSOR-CONTROLLED CS GENERATOR, and you will have the Holy Grail of Ebola defenses, SELF-SUFFICIENCY for you and yours. Oh, and get a steam-distiller, while you’re at it..

and for the Die hard conspiracy nut case do you think if it was that Easy the Russians or the Chinese would say silent when they could get one Over the Americans, it will NOT WORK on Ebola

But it does work on other Viruses less harmful even Vit C helps to reduce the cold and the Flu provided its taken before you get flu there is no evidence to show it will cure the flu (common Cold)

and for the ones that think its a Ebola fake Virus please become a volunteer and after a long day at helping come home and hug the Wife and Kids and then do it all again week in week out because 250 health workers have died from it so far

Its a common fallacy that Vitamin C gets excreted out with the urine.
In times of illness, the body uses Vitamin C very fast, and the body can absorb much higher amounts of it… this is why it has to be taken consistently (orally) in order to keep the levels high in the body.

IV vitamin C goes directly into the blood, its not excreted in the urine… if you ingested Vitamin C orally, then yes, some of it would get excreted, but the amount would be low (about 1 tenth of what was ingested, and only after you achieve bowel tolerance – the rest would be used).

Bowel tolerance is a limit on how much Vitamin C the body can absorb through the gut – meaning, it produces loose stools.
Its a pretty good indicator of when a person reaches that limit, but just because you did so, doesn’t mean you should stop ingesting it… once bowel tolerance is achieved, it is recommended to continue supplementing with smaller doses (about 2 grams) every hour or two if one is sick.

Aside from that… Vitamin C does get used up to your bowel tolerance limit… but otherwise, the body can absorb anywhere between 2 to 10 grams per day (some people might have 15 grams limit while healthy).
The excess is excreted in urine only after bowel tolerance is achieved.
Meaning that if you reached bowel tolerance with 10 grams of Ascorbic Acid, about 10% of it (approximately 1 gram) would be excreted in urine.

There are actual peer review studies done on this, as opposed to false articles that draw incorrect conclusions.

As for telling people to not fall for lousy websites selling cures… I would agree with that advice… but then you turn around and say that ones best bet is ‘essential oils’.
Is there evidence to support this claim?

They even did a study in 2008 that shows hands down how effective colloidal silver is on Ebola. Nobody wants to mention this. Additionally, drink lots of green juices, stay away from sugar and processed junk and eat only organic. Take magnesium, selenium, C, D and zinc at higher than RDA doses.

Good to know. Other than that, people must in general maintain a strong immune system so that if they are exposed, they can at least reduce the odds of infection.

I want to add that nano silver (already tested and approved by naval and other govt research and clinical trials) is highly effective, not only as prevention to ebola but all viruses, malaria, even fungus! 10ppm solution nano silver, It is not only preventative. Also, if administered properly to people already is suffering from ebola symptoms, it will save them from dying.
