No Justice Allowed? Raw Milk Provider Held on $1 Million Bail

James Stewart, owner of Rawsome Foods of Los Angeles, was arrested on Friday March 2, 2012 by the Clara Shortridge Foltz LA County Superior Court. His bail is set at $1 million and he was still in custody on Sunday. When contacted by phone, a Sheriff’s Department representative said that Stewart was charged with grand theft.
It is unknown at this time whether this case is related to Mr. Stewart’s raw milk enterprise and why his bail has been set so high.
James Stewart has faced legal challenges before. Rawsome Foods was raided by armed food police on 2 prior occasions on June 30, 2010 and again August 3, 2011 for selling raw milk to the public without proper permits. Rawsome’s private members-only food club gave members an ownership interest in the farm.
According to the Rawsome members’ contract, the food sold there excluded chemical contaminants like industrial pesticides, fertilizers and cleansers. The members’ contract clearly spells out that the natural foods they were selling could contain salmonella, e. coli, parasites, etc. Some people prefer the risk of eating natural foods over chemically processed foods. It is the right of the individual to choose what they put in their body.
LA Superior Court Conflict of Interest
LA County Superior Court judges have accepted illegal payments authorized by the LA County Supervisors and funded by taxpayers. Between 2005 and 2010, only 3 people won cases against LA County when a judge decided the case instead of a jury. Is it possible that judges are favoring the interests of the State and the County in return for the illegal payments?
In 2010, each of the 430 LA Superior Court judges received $57,000 in taxpayer money on top of their salaries of $179,000.
LA Superior Court judges have failed to disclose the payments that present a conflict of interest in their courts to the people involved in court cases. This violates the California State Constitution, the judges’ Oath of Office and the Canons of Judicial Ethics.
It has been estimated that the judges and LA Supervisors committed over ten million cases of felony corruption including bribery, misappropriation of funds and obstruction of justice over the last 2 decades.
Judicial Illegal Payments Exposed
Dr. Richard Fine is a taxpayer advocate and former Justice Department prosecutor who was imprisoned in solitary confinement for 18 months after challenging judges’ conflict of interest payments in the LA Superior Court. He was thrown in prison without any charges, trial, conviction or sentencing. Dr. Fine was finally set free when presiding Judge Yaffee took an early retirement.

Justice in LA Superior Courts
Richard Fine says that LA’s corrupt judges can be disqualified for accepting illegal money and victims can get a new trial.
Richard Fine prepared a template of Motions for other victims over the past 20 years who have lost cases against the County and may have a chance to recover their money.
There is no law or justice in the USA now, the constitution has been envicerated completely. The whole system is rife with corruption.

That's just the tip of the iceberg in Pennsylvania. Most of the "judges" are smart enough to funnel their payoffs thru a third party. The "judges" in the detention center payoff were exceptionally arrogant and decided they didn't need to hide their corruption. After all, when you are a judge, you are above the law.
I have little doubt that big biotech and big agriculture will be passing out big cash, incentives, and campaign contributions (what used to be called "bribery") in a big way in California this year.
California citizens, lawyers, watchdog groups, please be especially vigilant this year!
Newspaper publishers, editors, and columnists, academics, pseudo-scientists, and of course politicians can all be bought off by the toxic food/pesticide industry.
All CA judges are on board with the MERS fraud also. There is no legal health in them whatsoever.
There were those two judges in Wilkes-Barre, PA that would send juvies to a detention center, and got kickbacks from the developer. BIG corruption scandel for them.
