  1. And..add in the messaging one receives in our environment. Watch an hour or two of TV, the billboards, store fronts, amount of every kind of junk food outlets available, or try walking through a typical grocery store. The amount of visual cue’s one has to endure is mind boggling, not to mention the aroma’s as well. The advertising isn’t simply informational, but is tied to messaging; feel better, look better, be happy, etc. Eventually the bodies own metabolism turns against it, insatiably craving high calorie (sugar) nutrient-less foods. The calorie bomb should be enough for an entire day, but instead of energy utilization (ATP production), the calories are stored (fat production), this person is hungry again in a few hours, and the cycle continues. Maybe the most insidious aspect to this equation are the Food Science Engineers, who formulate the addictive properties of all of these mass produced processed foods. Think taste, texture, mouth feel, and it’s no mistake the addictive properties are designed. There is no coincidence here.
