Just when you think Monsanto has decided to hide itself from the public eye after it was released that the company was listed among Blackwater’s secret client list, more information has hit mainstream news. Monsanto spent $470,631 on the mid-term elections.
It seems like Monsanto never quits, both politically and agriculturally. Besides modifying the genetic coding of life all across the planet, the company seems to be making financial ties with a host of political winners. While 5 of the Monsanto-backed candidates lost, 10 now hold political positions in the United States.
