In order to remove the fluoride from your drinking water, it is important to invest in a reverse osmosis water filter. Alternatively, you can purchase a reputable carbon filter that is proven to remove fluoride as well. Always remember that reverse osmosis water will require you to ‘re-add’ the natural minerals to the water, which can be done by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar or even himalayan sea salt.
