  1. You didn’t mention how caffeine harms the adrenals. You should research that as well as the following: a possible irregular heartbeat, possible hallucinations, acceleration of bone loss, possible tremors, possible anxiety and panic attacks. Getting off of caffeine is easy if you whittle down your ingestion of it by drinking a half cup mixed with a half cup of DandyBlend. Then 1/4 c. of coffee with 3/4 cup of DandyBlend, etc.

    Read the book ” Caffeine Blues ” about ALL the reasons to not drink coffee . I depletes your body of a significant amount of Calcium and B Vitamins . It worsens and or causes Anxiety and obviously stains your teeth , yellow . As for that ” wake up ” feeling , it’s the abnormal release of adrenaline that shocks your heart . The reason heart patients are NOT to consume caffeine in any form . And it is ADDICTIVE and no surprise it has NO nutritional values .
