  1. Excuse me, but Agave used in moderation is much better than refined sugar or artificial sweeteners and moderation is necessary with anything – even if its organic. When I use raw agave nectar, I can use less because it is one and a half times sweeter than sugar and even if I over do it, I do not feel hyperactive or have leg cramps the way that I do if I over do sugar.

    1. Actually, agave is worse than high fructose corn syrup –we learned this in nutrition school. A little organic sugar or organic, coconut sugar is not so bad but foods sweetened with whole-leaf stevia or raw honey would be better.

      It may be organic BUT it is still GMO wheat.
      If you venture to some of the small developing countries in South America or Middle East and Asia you MAY be able to find NON-GMO and ORGANIC wheat….OR find someone who IMPORTS their wheat

      1. Didn’t she say there is no GMO wheat?? Modification over time by farmers is a different story!
