I have found that the. Tooth paste watwe bakingsoda hydergen peroxide works great. Best to stay away from drinks that have color to them. I drink nothing but clear drinks.

There's some great natural whitening toothpastes, which are getting better and better as far as flavor goes. I found some more here: http://slsfree.net , good information on natural soaps and mouthwash as well.

The baking soda mix does work. Be sure to brush lightly. Hard brushing will remove the enamel of the teeth.

i will definitely try this especially since i have slimmed down. I have been looking into bright smile but still not sure. I eat healthier but drink a lot of coffee so i think I need whiten them.
