  1. I am surprised that no-one discusses Dairy products and animal fats in general having a cause.

    1. blank Dr. Whitaker says:

animal fats do not cause asthma. I would put wheat and refined sugar at the top.

  2. How about dairy, gluten and CHEMTRAILS. Aerial spraying operations over much of the globe have been putting toxic nano particles into every breath we take and some people have allergic reactions to barium, aluminum and other such harmful concoctions. Just as the BEE's.

  3. Albuterol is not a steroid.

  4. Slowly increasing water intake daily, and eliminating caffeine intake, save for one cup of coffee or so a day, can make a difference.

Funny how Primatene inhalers were taken off the market because their propellant was supposedly depleting the ozone, and gee whiz, the FDA never quite got around to approving an alternative, forcing people to go to prescription inhalers. Cha-ching!

Now there are no readily available emergency inhalers for someone having an athsma attack in the US, that I am aware of. Nice work, FDA.

Thank you for posting the information at this site that you have! I'll be looking into khella.

There is an emotional component to asthma which gets little exposure. Mind>body>spirit

The mind is an important component in any dis-ease.

  6. I have stopped using my drugs many times as I hate them. But then end up in the E:R: So I have no choice now. I have tried, over the years, hundreds of natural cures, none worked.

  7. I have had athsma most of my life then I started using a natural supplement called Echinacea. I was really amazed, it worked better than any inhaler I have used and I have used a lot. I highly recommend anyone who has been a long term sufferer to try it. In fact I am very surprised that the plant isn't mentioned here. Echinacea is also great for protection from colds and flu which I have not had every since taking this product (11 months now and counting). This supplement was recommended here in the comments by another user and at the time I was willing to try anything so I was really surprised when it worked. And just as important to I have saved loads of money as well seeing as I am no longer buying inhalers anymore.

  8. To follow on from my last statement Echinacea is from the daisy family which some people can have allergic reactions to so please bear that in mind if you do read my comment and try it.
