This should be an ebook or pamphlet report – too long for the standard over and out site content article that’s usually RESTRICTED to around 600 words. I think I have a hietal hernia (spelling?) and I may be interested in the hernia coach’s advice. But this article was a bit overwhelming.

  2. downward dog says:

Excellent article. I assume for those you who only read texts on their phone, this would seem long, but not for those of us who can read and follow a discussion of more than 600 words. Look forward to visiting your site.

  3. bhattathiry says:

    Excellent and informative

  4. Excellent. Expecting the new site.

  5. Thanks for this. Is the website live? What’s the address?

  6. Stanley Goldstein says:

I have to say, the writer of this article was obviously engrossed in his pursuit of wordy language! A great deal of his words were not necessary and in fact, got in the way of his attempt to inform.

  8. “aforementioned website.” Yeah, right. And where the hell is that?!

  9. Really, you have done a great research. From last two years i am searching for the hernia remedies on internet about three to five hours daily and gradually getting more experience , after investing almost 3000 hrs searching for the remedy and purchasing of several Hernia treatment E books i could find 2- 3 reliable websites/ forum only and among them your deep research is on the top. Every single word of your article is absolutely seems to be voice of my heart. Nowhere, I could find this much in-depth knowledge. After reading your views, when i thought of the cause of my hernia, I could guess that all the three reasons were present which caused me hernia.
I came on your site almost one year before but could not find much remedial knowledge because your site was in starting phase. This time I am third time here, and my hernia is almost double in size after two years though i am using some ayurvedic, homeopathic medicines and doing some yoga and pilates also, but not in a systematic manner because there is no experienced mentor with me. There are millions of people in the world who don’t want to go under the knife and they don’t know the correct procedure of holistic healing, which you know or the ancients knew. The combination of your experience and the in-depth knowledge which you acquired after a long period of trial and error method may help the needy people all over the world. From the experience of past two years of extensive research on internet i can say confidently that your experience of holistic approach to heal hernia is really superb and the whole hernia world is waiting for your guidance. Please start your site full flashed so that we can heal our hernia within a short span of time otherwise we will waste our time here and there on internet.

for immediate relief I lay on my back with my knees bent and try to get it to go back but if it strangulates and won’t go back you have to get operated on right away.

  12. Francisco Murillo G. says:

    Which is the website?

  13. Rock Chick says:

If “god” can heal hernia, why the hell did he/she/it give it to me in the first place? I love the logic, let’s believe a magical sky got can heal something he could’ve prevented in the first place. God must be a real narcissist to give you a condition and only remedy it if you ask. I still haven’t found any real tips on this article on how to heal a hernia at home.

    1. I’m a very experienced fitness specialist, thank god, because this article did not give me anything. I can and will heal myself, but most can’t and are looking for info. Not here though.

      1. Confusedbunny says:

Yeah, exactly! What a waste of time, this article!

    2. Doug Ribot says:

God gave Adam Eden but Adam sold us out. If you were in Eden what would stop you from doing what Adam and Eve did all over? So you have Christ and an environment where you can learn what love is.

      1. dave shafer says:

methinx it was eve who sold out first

        1. Doug Ribot says:

All die in Adam. Eve was innocent when she was tempting Adam — she did not have the command directly from God plus she did not see she was naked until after Adam ate and the NT says all die in Adam, not Eve. Plus Adam was not deceived. He knew.

          1. dave shafer says:

not true. paul says eve was deceived first…and thus the reasons for her curse. plus God told BOTH of them not to eat from the tree. both were disobedient, but eve first

          2. Doug Ribot says:

Eve may have been deceived first but Adam knew and had the command directly from God and the scripture says we all died in Adam.
1 For 15:21 for since through man [is] the death, also through man [is] a rising again of the dead, 22 for even as in Adam all die, so also in the Christ all shall be made alive,

          3. Doug Ribot says:

Eve was deceived, Adam was not – he had the command directly from God

          4. Doug Ribot says:

Show me the scripture where God told Eve not to eat of the tree of memory/knowledge of good and evil?

          5. dave shafer says:

Genesis chapter 3 verses 2 and 3 make it pretty clear that Eve was told by God not to eat of the tree of knowledge. Any other questions?

          6. Doug Ribot says:

Gen3:2 And the woman saith unto the serpent, `Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we do eat, 3 and of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden God hath said, Ye do not eat of it, nor touch it, lest ye die.’
Obviously she has a version of what God said that is added to but nothing there says it was God Himself who told her. The scripture says all died in Adam, not Eve.

          7. dave shafer says:

whether eve had the command directly from God is not important..she knew the score and she was the first to sin…that is why she was cursed in childbirth and fixated on her husband. are you going to tell me it’s ok to be an adulterer because God didn’t directly give you the command not to be an adulterer? we all died in adam simply because he was the first person who ever lived…and he sinned! pretty much theology 101, and btw…both adam and eve were deceived; eve by the serpent and adam by eve, and it continues to this day

          8. Doug Ribot says:

Try 101 again — Adam was not deceived (1 Tim 2:14). It certainly matters that Eve did not hide from Adam when she saw she was naked but it was not until they both ate and it certainly matters that the scripture says we all died in Adam, not Eve. Obviously Eve was deceived when she said God said we should not touch it. Did you ever wonder why Adam did not correct her but used her as an excuse? Take a look around you at fallen man. Women wear makeup because men like being lied to. The male pressures the woman to be wrong. He needs her as a false savior to dance around naked to exchange her innocence with his guilt for using sex as an escape to forget that he is not the creator of life but a dying being .

          9. dave shafer says:

you need to uderstand context when reading scripture, and stop with your demonic rambling. 1Tim 2:14 is obviously talking about eve being deceived by SATAN, which is what I wrote, and adam not being deceived by SATAN, which is what i wrote. adam clearly, though, was deceived by eve into eating of the tree…otherwise why would he have eaten it? i’m still chuckling at your original comment that eve was INNOCENT while tempting adam…how absurd!

          10. You’re a false accuser demonically rambling Adam was deceived. Typical fallen Adam’s blame Eve.

          11. dave shafer says:

            Time for your meds nutjob

          12. Too bad for you, you don’t speak from the Holy Spirit and are opposed to him.

          13. dave shafer says:

eve was INNOCENT when she was tempting adam??????? which bible do you read???

        2. That is Adam shifting the blame to Eve because he was too gutless (ya right!) to take responsibility for his own decision!

          1. dave shafer says:

weed dr……….dementia is a terrible thing. your rambling bloviation is a as senseless as the rest of your online drivel. you know nothing of scripture and embarrass your self when you tap on the keys. take your milk of magnesia and go take a nap

          2. Whats the matter, found yourself staring at your sophomoric self? That’s your problem, and weak name calling is you pointing those names at yourself, called Projection! So lets see, you think you are demented, you ramble on, your senseless, and you embarrass yourself… If that is who you think you are, well so be it, and good luck with that?

          3. Dave’s using his own wits and puffed up pride. Our eternal uncreated father will get him.

          4. Saw himself as Adam, with Eve to take the blame…
            Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

    3. The bigger question is why you would think it is okay to be insulting to others for their beliefs.
If God did not allow us to learn from our mistakes, not taking care of our body, we would not learn what we need to learn. With your version of God, you’ve taken free will and learning out of the equation.

      1. Confusedbunny says:

Because silly ideas should be challenged?

        1. Challenge = insult. Only an uneducated ingrate with a limited vocabulary would think nonsense like that.

          1. Confusedbunny says:

How cute. It looks like you’re trying to insult me. Rock Chick’s comment was a challenge and a logical question. You chose to take it as an insult because you don’t have the right answer for it.

          2. Jason Melton says:

The only thing Rock Chick was incorrect about was that Robert Harrington’s article assigned responsibility for hernias to God(s). The (unknown) Editor got involved unnecessarily, since Rock Chick remained silent after Ken Paul’s original response, and went further and found another way to say that dissent is offensive (politically incorrect) with the claim that “challenge = insult.” Note to the (unknown) Editor: Perhaps the comments section should be eliminated so future ideas will no longer be challenged! What a fascist world it would be if people’s opinions were silenced, whether they were educated or not.

          3. Gbenro Jiboye says:

What do you gain from all that?

    4. You gave yourself the hernia. You tell God to buzz off and then blame God for your hernia – you are the narcissist. God is relational. Humans are relational. The miracle isn’t the absence of your pain. It is the relational aspect of you connecting with God on a spiritual level. God is more concerned with your character than your comfort.

    5. Just as Doug Ribot already explained, it is at the end man spoiled everything: the environment, humanity, etc. because of his greed and selfishness. The healing is only Jesus Christ because he is love, the light and the way.
