“Out of the 146 companies involved in the manufacturing of the tainted supplements”. Name names.

    1. Wouldn’t THAT be wonderful!? Articles like these, don’t do a thing for anyone, if it’s not going to actually help us…!
It’s a good thing, there are those supplements, who really care about people’s health, and only use organic ingredients. Only organic supplements for me! BUT, people have to do their homework, and learn who these honest organic companies are, that really care. Because EVERYONE, every company wants to jump on the “organic” bandwagon!

what about the names of these companies ??? WHO are they ???
I’d stick with the best, among them is Dr.Mercola and Garden of Life, Thorne Research and couple more.

    1. And don’t forget BANYAN products and LIFESPA.. both reputable companies with great products!!

This is another full blown attack on Supplements by Pharmaceutical Mafia. Only now they use specific supplements, without telling that in the Headline.
Only Washington Post says it clearly:
Diet, weight loss and sex supplements are tainted with unapproved drugs.
Nevertheless, by telling their test results, their message to the masses is clear: do not trust your supplements.
In fact, 99% of all supplements on the market are absolutely clean and contain only what is written on the ingredients label, and follow the code of ethics in production of nutritional supplements. So, people who use the type of supplements tested, should avoid them. The rest of all supplements are perfectly fine.

    1. There have been many cases of prescription meds being highly contaminated and / or containing much less (or sometimes more) of the active ingredient than it was sold as. A female American Pharma company executive became a whistle blower when she discovered this situation routinely occurring in the drug manufacturing centers largely based in India. Her supervisors were angry at her discovery and reluctant to correct the problem. I believe 60 Minutes ran a program on this several years ago. Why isn’t this type of context included in this article for balance? I believe you’re correct, this report appears to be a veiled attack on supplements and possibly also seeding a meme ‘manufacture consent’ for Codex Alimentarius.
