California Bill Seeks Mandatory Gardasil Vaccinations without Parental Consent
Assembly Bill 499, currently on the desk of California Governor Jerry Brown, required children as young as 12 to be vaccinated with Gardasil, hepatitis B and future vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases without the knowledge or consent of their parents. The news comes after recent reports have linked Gardasil to 49 known deaths and countless side-effects and bad reactions. In comparison, the vaccine is meant to prevent the HPV virus which is responsible for only 1% of all cancers, and 70% of all HPV infections resolve themselves within a year, and within 2 years the percentage climbs to 90%.
According to the National Vaccine Information Center:
In America, there is no legal liability or responsibility for drug companies selling or doctors giving government recommended vaccines when those vaccines injure or kill children or adults. How can the state of California — or any state — give anyone in society the power to secretly take a child away from a parent and subject that child to a medical risk without the parent’s consent? There is no doctor, no government employee and no politician, who has the moral right to do that to a parent or their child.

This insanity has to stop! Politicians have been bought and paid for by BIG PHARMA and all this misinformation and BAD SCIENCE has to be exposed to let all the public know what our legislatures are doing to humanity!
To create anything mandatory and take away the ability of the parents to have a say, but be responsible for the consequences of this terrible technology is ludicrous, unjust, and should be illegal! If your child gets the shot, doesn't tell you, and then becomes damaged, the National Vaccine Act 1986 says you the damaged victim, the parent, or guardian cannot sue the doctor or the drug company for damages. So now you, the parent or guardian have to pay out of your pocket for the damage done. What's worse is the long term damage that is not immediately recognized being done by these shots is unconscienable and you the responsible party gets no say, but has to pay.
Jerry Brown should be sued personally for what he is doing and along with each legislature that votes for this insanity.
